  • Most confusing UI of an app

    Horrible job on UI. So much unnecessary info but hardest to find the most important stuffs like transaction, past and current order list. I use it every week and I hate it. I saved my favorite pickup location but it keep resetting to a location states away. Fortunately stores have really nice staffs and gets my order anyways. I am sure you are loosing thousands just for this bug. Guess you care less for thousands.

  • Where are my past orders?

    Ordering ahead is a great convenience and I appreciate the app. However entering an order is very time-consuming and while the app indicates a place for my past orders, there aren’t any there. Our family of four gets the same thing every time and it takes me a good 15 minutes to enter the order. Please fix this!

  • Good but problems

    The new app in general looks great, i never had the old version like most people so theres no way to compare between the two.

    The only major problem for me, as for a lot of people writing reviews is that the rewards don't work, the rewards are there but theres no way to use them because nothing happens when you tap on them, luckily the cashier was nice enough to input the reward by hand when they had the $5 burger reward..

    Rewards feature is something they should really get to fixing right away

  • Looks nothing like the one everyone else has

    I used this app at the store and it doesn’t show any points or rewards on it. The only reason I know I have a $5 reward is because I got an email. Nothing shows in the app. Also, workers at the store say my app looks nothing like the ones in others phones. It’s the only app to download on Apple and there are no updates to fix it. I really don’t like this app. The card was a pain but at least it worked.

  • New app stinks

    Used the ‘new’ app for the first time the other day. The old system was much better. This upgrade doesn’t let you put a name on each sandwich. It was much easier to add and delete items to your burger. I took me a while to figure how to customize each sandwich. I wound up placing 3 separate orders, called to cancel 2 of them and had to go there in person the next day to credit my charge card. Manager at the store said they’ve had a lot of problems with customers ordering thru the upgraded ‘new’ app.

  • No way to claim rewards

    So I did everything asked of me to set up my account under the new rewards program. App looks good for the most part. The big issue however is under my free fries reward, it instructs me to toggle the rewards to use now or later, but there is no way to do this and the reward can’t be applied to my order at check out either. No free fries for me I guess.

    Also I was a member of the old rewards program and my birthday was right around the time the rolled out the new program, but I never got my free birthday coupon. I mean, seriously, what is the world coming to?!

  • Easy Process From Download To Order

    I liked that I wasn’t forced to create an account or anything. It was nice to just download the app, select the closest location, place my order, and even be able to choose to pay at the store if I want. It was a smooth process, which is good because I’m hangry.

    I do think including more pictures with the menu items would be nice, but I can also see how it could complicate things.

  • Horrible

    Absolutely horrible app. When you try to log in, it takes you to a new browser window to log in that way. Then when you try to log in, half the time it won’t allow you to log in. I’m sitting here at my desk and can log in on my computer but not my phone??!! Then when i do go to burgerfi, they can’t pull up my phone or email to find my number. I then have to dig out the number so they can put in a 16 digit number and then after standing there for 5-10 min, I finally get my points? Horrible!! Fix the stupid app so I can just use that and not have my phone go to my browser so that I can log in to that. WHY HAVE THE APP IF IM USING MY BROWSER!!!!

  • Eh..could use some work. Good food though!

    The app doesn’t show you pictures of any of the items, that would be a nice addition. Also there is no option to add extra of an item (pickles etc), AND no place to write it in as a comment. It constantly forgets my favorite orders, and one time it sent in my order before i was done (how?!), which led to confusion about why i had two orders when i went to pick it up. Food is average, I have noticed a serious decline in quality the past few months as they’ve gotten more popular. Hope this is fixed!!

  • Good start no consistency

    Like most restaurants that start in Lubbock the food and service are excellent in the beginning. Unfortunately, everything eventually declines. The food is made with less care and the service is mediocre at best. If I’m paying 10 bucks for a burger, it shouldn’t be dry, the bun shouldn’t be burnt, and there should be more than just a taste of sauce. Not to mention the fries are cold and greasy.
    As far as the service, be prepared to stand their like an idiot while employees walk by you until someone eventually attempts to help you, even if you’re the only person waiting for service. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
