  • Cannot order a single patty cheeseburger

    This app makes it impossible to customize a burger order. I wanted a single burger with Swiss, but it can’t be done in the app. The junior burger doesn’t have a way to add cheese. The bacon cheeseburger doesn’t have a way to remove the bacon. I wanted to order ahead today, but couldn’t do it because the app won’t let me do even basic customizations.

  • Delivery Not Available Even If It Says It Is

    I placed an order for delivery and it went through. I checked my confirmation email and it said the order was for pickup. When I called the Burgerfi location, they said they did not have drivers available to deliver. Call your local Burferfi before using this app. There should be a way for each location to indicate if they have delivery available.

  • Checkout confusing and no room for notes

    Although very convenient app, there is no where to add in a note for example if you want something well done or without herbs or allergies etc. also I find the checkout process can be confusing and sometimes hard to edit. I end up with doubles in my cart.
  • Good Food with HORRIBLE APP

    Rewards Account is not linked to ordering profile. Credit Card is not stored / No Apple Pay. Navigation is cumbersome and too complicated. Have it revised by a professional.
  • Ripping people off one new user at a time.

    Signed up for an account and to states you get a free fry. Cool! Wasn’t expecting that. The whole rewards interface being completely disjointed from the ordering is the first mistake. Then you go all the way back to the rewards area and it tells you “toggle on rewards” - only problem is there’s NO TOGGLE. So $20 later, this is my first and last visit to BurgerFi. I don’t support crooks.

  • Best burgers in town

    BurgerFi has the absolute best burgers in town! And that’s coming from a girl who her up on In&out burger
    BurgerFi has the absolute best burgers in town! And that’s coming from a west coast girl who grew up on In&out burger. We moved to Virginia 2 years ago and our friends took us to BurgerFi. Our life was forever changed, we now eat there at least once a week. I also love the app, we always order our food ahead of time and pick it up. It’s super easy to use and you can easily re-order previous orders. And you earn points and get money off!

  • Best onion rings in town!!!

    Burger Fi has the best onion rings in town. At first I was skeptical because they are big, thick cut onion slices...but once I tried them I was hooked. They come cooked just right and you can add different seasonings to them. I like them the old fashioned way! Yum!!!
  • Exceptional! Excellent! Unfounded!

    The CEO is a melt in your mouth burger! If there ever was a thing and the fries best in the US! I have searched high and low for that perfect burger! Well folks this is it! The other thing I absolutely love? The top 1% meat is used. If your going to eat a burger it has to be the best beef you can sink your teeth in.

    And the app... AND the rewards program. The app is super easy to use, I mostly preorder my food on my mobile then just walk in and grab. The rewards program is so awesome I get free food/fries w almost every order I place. If u don’t use this app to eat here u r missing out!
  • System Always Down

    The system is always down, even before this app. I have had my previous account somehow deleted, lost all my points, started another one, and nine out of 10 times, there is a problem at the store with either the app or their system. I’m not normally negative but whoever is in charge of this system really needs to be fired and they need someone who is competent. This is been going on for about six months, I don’t see how a company like this could actually function when I have someone who is completely incompetent trying to put together a system. If you cannot fix some things in today’s day and age with technology after six months, you need to be removed and someone whose company needs to work
