  • Love the burgers...but the take out service is the worst.

    Love the burgers but the takeout service is the absolute worst ever. Been coming here for years. Haven’t been for a while because of Covid. Thought I would order ahead and do takeout. Food supposed to be ready at 12:17. Food sat on the counter for 24 minutes getting cold and I only got it when I complained and they found it there. There was several other people in line with the same results. I love this place but unfortunately I won’t be back until they clean up their act. David S. Jacksonville Riverside store.

  • App updated limited??

    The recent app update changed how a customer can customize their burger. I am unable to customize topping and extras through the app. The app was user friendly prior to this update. Frustrating. Forces me to order in person or by phone.
  • Absolutely, hands-down, the best burger around.

    I have to say, I’ve been to plenty of burger places like everyone else. This is definitely the top burger places around. Absolutely, hands-down, the best burger around. Conflicted burger, CEO burger, and all the other burgers. The spicy chicken sandwich is absolutely the best spicy chicken sandwich you could buy. Ghost peppers, the best. Love it! Hopefully, they build one near where I live. I have to drive out of my way every time I want to pick up one of these incredible burgers. i’ve been ordering from the app over the past year and it’s flawless. Works perfectly. Go on the app pick out what I’d like pay for it. I go to the store and it’s always waiting for me there never any mistakes, unbelievable.

  • The app doesn’t have everything on it.

    I can order ahead only by phone since all the toppings are not offered on the app. So I give it a two because it looks nice but serves no purpose to me if I can’t order white cheddar or say well done on the burger. Just missing the important details. Maybe they will fix it. Stuff like adding the honey bbq sauce to the burger or sandwich not there either.

  • New update

    I use to order at Burgerfi at least once a week. It was just my favorite place to eat. I would leave work and place my order through the phone and by the time I made it to the Burgerfi my food would be ready. But with the new update, it doesn’t allow me to customize the burger that I want. My order is very simple. It’s just a Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions. But I can’t add anything to my burger. I can only remove things. Due to covid I rather not have to go into the Burgerfi and then order my burger in person. I just feel like this update was just a terrible addition to the app and really “fixed” something that was never broken to begin with.

  • Terrible update with features gone

    They removed the customized feature from some items like the chicken sandwich. Since this was intentional, they removed previous Past Order (actually all past orders), so the user can’t go into the app to reorder a customized chicken sandwich.

    There wasn’t an app update that did this. It was a sever side push removing the customize option from certain items. (That way users can’t just not update and keep the feature).

    I suspect they did this to reduce the burden on the stores with customized orders that take longer. Having a feature in the app, then removing it, but the user can simply order a customized item in the store is a terrible experience.

    I order by the app to reduce exposure and wait time in the store. Removing a feature favoring the quicker prep time at the detriment of the mobile experience is a terrible experience.

  • Recent app changes are a step backward

    This is a regular place for my family when ordering out. The food and service are great. The app used to be decent, but I’m not a fan of the most recent changes. Ordering is way more clunky and not user friendly, especially if you’re customizing. They removed the junior bacon cheeseburger (my usual) from the menu, so now I have to go through some hoops to get that. You can’t junior size the regular bacon cheeseburger (why not?) so I had to pick junior size of the regular cheeseburger and manually add bacon. This is just one example of how ordering has gotten more tedious and confusing.

    The other big issue, even before this latest update, is that it’s real easy to miss setting a future pick up time. It even defaults back to asap if you go to alter anything on the order! It’d be nice if that was asked right at the beginning of the order, or had its own step in the order process. I was so frazzled from the new changes and in a hurry trying to input my order earlier that I accidentally set it for immediately. Luckily the store was real cool and changed it with a phone call, but it would be even better if that wasn’t so easy to mess up in the first place.

    I really like not having to call in and the fact that you can make your own customized order and just click it and click order every time you open the app I like it a lot
  • My burgerfi is best

    Been to many locations but my burgerfi in Delray West Atlantic location is best. Maria the Mgr is very flexible, pleasant, energetic, caring and always finds a way to make us happy. The staff is faster than other stores esp cooks and quality is better. At other locations we got substandard fries w many small burnt ones. The West delray also always gets the order right.

  • I can’t see my entire order!

    This app is so excruciatingly frustrating! I can’t see the entire customization of the items on the review page. You have to go back into the item and make sure each category is correct, by opening each individual category. But, when you have three “customize as double” sandwiches, you can’t ever be sure which one you’re looking at! FIX THIS PLEASE, BURGERFI. I should be able to see my ENTIRE order and customizations on the review page. It’s a good thing I love your burgers, because if I didn’t, I would quit ordering them because of how maddening this app is!
