No customization
There are no customization options for the burgers other than removing toppings from the default option. You cannot add anything on the app, or the website. You can’t even call anymore to order. So the only option to get your burger the way you like is to go in yourself. Big time waster.TheCaleb3-2-1
Great burgers, terrible app
Love the food, but ordering on the app is not intuitive whatsoever. Just got home with my order of 3 burgers and somehow the default custom order of “no lettuce, no tomatoes, no burgerfi sauce” applied to every burger despite the fact those settings were checked for only one of the burgers for our kids. Please change the method used to add or remove toppings, it’s unnecessarily complicated.Show lessdomdelray
I have balance that cannot use
Hello - Even though I love the burgers, I opened the account and have $25 that haven’t been able to use because the app cannot be used in Puerto Rico, yet, apparently.
I would love for the app either forbid you from registering if your location is unable to use the credit or actually help you use them.

Very frustrating app and worse customer service. Food is pretty good.
App was alright for a while and now says, “Sorry, we are having trouble connecting to this business.” leaving me unable to place an order. It’s been this way for weeks now so I’m unable to use my $10 member credit. Even over the phone they were unable to help me and the employee at restaurant suggested that maybe this is why their location has been so slow lately 🤦🏻♀️ FrustratedShow lessDianna0110
No option to pay with gift card!
I like the app and want to use it but it’s useless if you want to pay with a gift card. Even on the BurgerFi website. After I entered and customized my order, it wouldn’t let me place the order unless I used my card on file — no option to enter a gift card whatsoever there or the main app page. I ended up having to go to my local BurgerFi, stand in line, and place my order to pay with a gift card. Super inconvenient during lunch! Also, the app doesn’t support equal substitutions without charging you. For example, I attempted to swap out American cheese for white cheddar and it added $1 to my total even though cheese is included on a cheeseburger. Please fix this ASAP!Show lessCocoSavage
Yesterday’s fries
Ordered family fries yesterday and got small fries with white stuff and green stuff on them!! Tried to call all nite ladt nite and today and it rings and disconnects very disappointedlove those fries
App is garbage
Food place is fine, I used to go there all the time, app used to make it super convenient. Now? Everytime I feel like I want burgerfi I open this app and get so fed up with this thing I end up just getting something else. The customization and usability is horrendous, I end up having to call to manually change my order, and I literally can’t be bothered anymore.Show lessCris_Blu
Needs a progress notification bar
The app is functional and easy to use. My only qualm is that my food is never ready at the estimated time given. I’ve waited over 20 minutes after the time given. It would be helpful to have a progress bar after ordering so you can know if the food is being prepared and when it is ready.Bornrich904
Can’t customize
I don’t understand how Burgerfi still hasn’t fixed this issue. They have to be getting tons of complaints. You can’t customize burgers anymore. Why would people order from a place where they can’t have the toppings they want? They also don’t have the single bacon cheeseburger on the app anymore. Odd issue regarding custard orders.
I love BurgerFi and the app would be perfect, except you can’t order the custard from it. When I told the staff they scoffed and told me that was impossible, but you can only order concretes or shakes for pick up despite them being available if you order in person. But it makes ordering ahead mute. Maybe a little deal to you but to me it’s enough to knock off 2 stars.Show lessZjdude
