This place wouldn’t know cleanliness if it slapped them in the face
First two steps in the door and my shoes were sticking to the floor. The self serve kiosks where you place your own order were covered in grime and dirty fingerprints and so was drink machine. The girl behind the counter had an attitude just as nasty as the place itself.
The burgers were less than warm. The buns weren’t fresh. The fries were good though.

Fake offers
App is easy enough to use and food is good (although it’s stupid expensive and you gotta pay 15+ for a burger with fries and a drink) but what bugs me is the app keeps popping up on my phone with offers and I’ll go to the app and nothing will be there. Just had a “$5 for your next order” and when I clicked on it it took me to the app and nothing.Show lessfirewraith1

Best App I have ever used to order food at an establishment! Easy, user-friendly, finds the closest locations near you and way simpler than Chick-fil-A’s app or others I have used!ChevyGirl477
Food is better than the app
No complaints whatsoever about their food, but please bring back the ability to edit the order in the app. My wife loves the Wagyu burger, but she’d like the tomato bacon jam on the side. It would be nice to specify that.Hallmark
App is buggy, can’t login
After installing the app I tried to login and it says that I have an account with maybe another app by LevelUp which who knows what account is that I have many apps. After resetting the password can’t pass the login screen it just says: “An error occurred” not helpful. End result I did not order because the app does not workShow lesstejonmarino
Wish it would allow you to customize a signature burger
It’s an otherwise decent app, although it deleted my past orders after not using it for awhile and my biggest gripe is you have to start with a basic burger or cheeseburger to make customizations. It won’t allow you to customize a signature burger like the Ultimate Bacon or CEO for example. However, their rewards are decent, the food is good, there’s options to make it keto friendly, and the app is fairly easy to navigate.Show lessRex7380
Be Careful
Be careful with the app if you decide to store your payment info. It is too easy to submit a new order by accident if you switch out of the app and there is a partially-formed order in shopping cart. Wrong tap and bam! Your order goes through and you don’t realize it until much later…..

Delivery Experience is Horrible
I ordered a $100 order through the BurgerFi App and the delivery driver shows up and has a $10 order which is the wrong order. I didn’t accept it and he marks that it’s delivered. I then have no way to complain and can’t adjust my tip and delivery fee and when I talk to the restaurant they say to talk to DoorDash and when I talk to DoorDash they say they can’t do anything because I didn’t order through their app and I ordered through the BurgerFi app. I recommend you just use a delivery service app and not the BurgerFi app. I spent a ton of time on calls trying to get ahold of someone in this loop until I eventually did and they tried to create a conference with everyone and it hung up on me. Moral of the story is BurgerFi has incredible food but horrible technology. Eat their food but don’t trust their tech.Show lessRevCJohn
App doesn’t work
Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app four more times and it still won’t work.
I used the app twice to order food for pick up but it doesn’t work any more. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. When I open the app it only shows my last two orders and won’t show me the menu or allow me to order anything.Show lessdavecaldwell
