  • No combo option

    Why can’t I create a combo meal on the app? It can be done in the store but I don’t see the option here.
  • Ad Pop Ups

    The app is pretty good for ordering food. But not worth it. Do it on the website and they won’t push ads to your phone with no way to disable their ads.
  • Terrible service...

    UPDATE: Went to the local Burgerfi and spoke to the manager and told him that they only delivered a burger and nuggets my last order and he was very fresh and nasty. Said a lot of people came to him to complain about the same thing (missing food) but there's no way to prove they're telling the truth, or that the driver stole their food. He was very nonchalant about it. Stay away from this app unless you want to lose money. -- I'm extremely dissatisfied with this app and how hard it is to report an issue with my order. So I decided to order and have them deliver several things: A burger, chicken tenders, milk shake, churros, soda, whatever. They only delivered the burger and the chicken tenders, everything else was missing. There is no way to report anything wrong with my order, there's not even an order rating system in place! I had to report a problem, no way to choose the order I was referring to, and in all of this, no person to handle my inquiry. I called the restaurant, the number is disconnected. Called the number for the nearest restaurant to the one I ordered from, tells me to go to the web to submit a support inquiry. I want my money back 😡

  • Buyer beware!! Adding funds in the app, results in your money being lost

    I added funds from the app nearly six months ago, $50, and have been unable to spend it, unable to get a refund. Let's you add from app, but you CANNOT spend from the app, you need to go in store. Winter Garden location claims "scanner doesn't work" for nearly half a year now. Asked if I could speak to someone about a refund, they said "there's no one to speak to", tried contacting in social, ignored. Just permanently out $50 for nothing (never mind being able to spend rewards I've earned), is this a scam? Or do they just no care about their customers at all?

  • Confusing, complicated app

    Considering the touch screens in store are always den and the employees are reluctant to take your order, I decided to try the app. Way too much info needed to order a burger. Hard to find your required favorite store. Finally get my order in, says it didn’t go through I tried again it said order in process. I get a text telling me I have to let them know I am on my way while I’m here and I let the app have my location? Then it says to go in for my order and it isn’t close to ready.

    Bring back person-to-person transactions.

    Also, I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in the woods. It was so bad I peed behind the building.

  • Has not worked for months

    App used to be great but no longer works. It will not scan at different locations that I have been to and I am not able to update any information. Contacting customer service is fruitless as they will/have not responded after several attempts. I have funds on the App and cannot access those either. Skip this one.

  • Can’t load gift card

    For some strange reason I am not being given the option to load a gift card on the app. The only option I am given is to pay. Everyone I’ve spoken to has this option, but I don’t. Since your stores are unable to process the paper gift card over the counter. I am at a loss. What is the point to receive information an emailed gift card if we can’t use it.

  • UX completely changed and for worse

    The UX changed completely and it’s a lot worse than it used to be. There is no longer an option to redeem your rewards in store and has to be done through mobile order, and the entire layout and ordering system has become unrecognizable and almost unusable.
  • Was great now unusable

    This app is the only way to place an order for pickup as you cannot call an order in. The app was changed to no longer allow the user to customize their order to make their burger green style. Since this is the only way I eat my burger this essentially rendered the app useless and now I have to place my take out order in person. Not cool
