Terrible app
The cheaper diy cameras have better apps than this. I can’t believe I got sucked into these cameras and app. If you have a choice do not get these cameras. Go for the cheaper options that give the same quality and have a much better user interface.disappointing 702

This app and the software are terrible. They are at least a decade behind the times. It’s too bad because the hardware is good but the software is not. There are other camera systems that are significantly better for a fraction of the price.theringnebula
App is unreliable
I have had this system for several years (set-up by the company that manages my home security system). The app has been problematic since day 1. To use it, I usually have to first close the app fully and then reopen it. If you just go to use it otherwise, it won’t work. The app itself is clunky and hard to navigate- it hasn’t improved at all and is a far cry from the kind off app you get from Ring or Blink for example. Waste of money
I have had my Luma system for 5 years and have had nothing but issues. The company, Luma, does not support their hardware and their solution to problems is buy another Luma camera. Also, the app is not user friendly. Run away.Ron197639
Horrible
Paid a fortune for Luma cameras. On a mac or iPad, with this software you can’t do anything. Do yourself a favor and just get Nest cameras. They know how to provide user friendly interface. Just wasted a pile of money.Accountclaire

It’s time to update. This app always fails to connect and you have to close it out and restart. Go ahead and try to view recordings, retarded. Ring/nest is a far better user experience.Jfeathers6
Worthy of zero stars
The worst security system I’ve ever used. Worthless! No push notifications unless you set up a zone and then you can only get an email (!!??) every time there’s movement there. 9/10 times it’s offline and I can’t access my live view. Revising history is cumbersome.estemat28
Horrible product
Everything you read in these poor reviews is true! If you have a Mac you now can’t use it on an Intel Mac in native mode. Only M1. I’m not sure if Parallels and Windows allow the Windows version to work on an Intel Mac. The IOS version works sporadically. Many times you have to restart the app or phone to make it work.
