Don’t waste your money and time
This app is a disaster. Every time I need to check my cameras the app doesn’t work. It’s completely useless. The app has 2 stars it can’t get worse than that.arden oaks
Awful. Poor connectivity and lousy app
For the money put into my camera system, it stinks. Constantly lose connection. More reliable that it will NOT work than it will work. Total garbage. The app is also awful.ags2442

I trusted our home audio video installer for a solid camera solution around our home. This is a terrible solution. I’d be 10X better off with a Costco solution at a fraction of the price. The UX is terrible. Keeps losing connection and access. No zoom feature. Can’t capture or save video playbook, only saves photo as an output. Go elsewhere.Show lessrjwilleyn
Unreliable.
Live feed loads very slow. My home internet / WiFi is blazing fast. - LUMA app a still doesn't load my cameras live feed.Buckeyemike01
Don’t Waste Time of $$$
It would seem that this app was put together by a 5th grader who just got a new computer for her birthday. It is clumsy in functionality, especially when trying to playback recording.
Unfortunately, if you are downloading this app it is probably because you have a LUMA surveillance system. IF that’s the case, you have bigger problems than this app.Show lessZimbasa
Unreliable
We’ve been unable to connect for a few days now. Even a product update didn’t help. Our IT service team tells us there is a “system problem” ☹️. So often? Only had it a year and several problems.Uptownfibergirl
LUMA works with both windows and Mac
New LUMA VMS app for Mac and windows works on both OS, and yes you can zoom with the LUMA app with no problem.. if you have problems with this app, you probably have a terrible network, and should learn about network setup before setting up surveillance. Great productVIEWskizzle

I have the Luma cameras for five years and every time you turn around I have to call a tech in here to download it to the phone I keep losing the signal on my iPad and my iPhone and my computer it is very upsetting l have to pay a Technician every time it goes down 65Dollars for I half Hournana boyd
Seriously lacking app
This app had great potential but is lacking even basic functions. It should be a lite version of the browser interface. At least Kuna should add VCR-like buttons to skip back and forward thru events.Oldvetteguy
