Its useless! I have to delete it then download again! Constantly shows wrong addresses! If they didnt have the monopoly, id use someone else

Pointless booking a taxi on the app for a certain
Despite booking on the app, the taxi arrived 20mins late, so I missed the train I needed into London. Then had to run the underground gauntlet across to Euston but still missed the onward train. £70 down the drain!
Always on time. Always friendly.
Not much more you want in a taxi company!
