Slow and unresponsive
A week in and I’m not impressed. All notifications are on, yet the only thing I see is the doorbell and emails saying I didn’t arm the system when I left. Fairly useless so far.

App not working on IOS 26
The app stopped working on our iPhones when they updated to IOS 26. This needs to be addressed ASAP. I haven’t updated the iPad to IOS 26 as it is the only device the app will work on now.

Does not work well with new iPhone software
The app seems to have issues with the new iPhone Liquid Glass software. It will not work when connected to WiFi but will work on cellular service. My wife noticed this first after updating her iPhone to Liquid Glass. My app on the older iPhone software worked well. When I updated to Liquid Glass it stopped working on WiFi. There must be a bug that needs to be fixed. I have read other comments about this as well.

Buyer Beware
I would leave a lengthy review, but every time I start dictating my review into this window, somehow it gets deleted and it automatically reboot itself back to the app. All I can say is placement of the cameras by triple AAA security, who uses this app to monitor their security systems, was less than thoughtful, and actually made it more likely that I was robbed which I was because of the angle of and blind spots that they produced and criminals or people who are criminal minded can see that just by simply looking at the angle of the camera.
Trying to get information off of this app to support the police report was very timely and very confusing and frustrating

It’s insanely difficult to save/download footage!!!!!
Please add a SIMPLE and EASY TO FIND way to save camera footage!!! There’s literally NO save/download recording button anywhere. I need to download footage from a range of time, there’s NO way to do this????? Why? What’s the point of even having this system if security footage can’t be saved? There should be a button to save recording, giving the user to select a range of time. Please add this asap, tons of alarm services have this. So weird I can watch hours of footage going back a month but simply saving 2 hours of needed footage appears to be impossible.

Unreliable streams
This is a terrible and unreliable product.
Nothing but problems
I’ve had nothing but problems trying to use this app. Constant disconnections, and the most incomprehensible and Byzantine organization of settings. Someone needs to rip this thing apart and start from the ground up, preferably someone with a UX background.
Video feeds freeze, the cameras constantly disconnect, and support keeps telling me my WiFi is too low. (Ok)
The doorbell is incredibly soft, I can’t hear it at all if there is any other noise in the house.
There is just no logical organization on where settings will be, and it’s been a frustrating and expensive product. I do not recommend. Find something else.

Won’t recommend A3 smart home not even to my worst enemy. You may think you are getting a deal correct? Ask them how long is your monthly payment logged in for! If you cancel your account, before finishing the ridiculous 5yrs term, they immediately sent the outstanding bill to the collection agency without notifying you. God forbid if you have changed address or moved, you won’t know until when you run your credit to see that there’s this loan somewhere awaiting you. Very cunning way to run a business.

Cumbersome and confusing
Cumbersome and confusing. It’s difficult and sometimes impossible to stop sensors or alarms from giving notifications, even well after you’ve acknowledged that they were occurred / have been neutralized. Very annoying. Also, documentation on most sensors is difficult to find and sparse in content. Adding or subtracting sensors from your overall system is also cumbersome and confusing. Very disappointing.

Frustrating and Unreliable – Would Not Recommend
I’ve had nothing but trouble with my AAA home security system. It’s easily one of the most difficult and unreliable systems I’ve ever used. The doorbell rarely connects to the app when someone rings, cameras frequently disconnect, and despite living alone with minimal activity, the system constantly runs out of recording storage.
I’ve had support out multiple times, but the same issues keep happening . For something meant to provide peace of mind, this system has done the exact opposite. I do not recommend it.
