You are limited to only 4 tows per calendar year. What if the 5th tow request is unavoidable and not expected. I had no money and stranded. Not cool AAA!

Long Tow Wait
I waited over four hours on the side of the road for a tow truck that kept getting delayed. To make matters worse, the app sent a notification and updated the status to "Arrived" when there was no tow truck in sight.
When you call customer service to find out what happened, you get put on hold or transferred around with no real answers. A roadside assistance app needs to provide accurate, real-time tracking when drivers are stranded in vulnerable situations. The false "driver has arrived" status and multi-hour delays make this app completely useless during an actual emergency. Do better.

⭐ 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
This has been one of the worst roadside assistance experiences I have ever had.
I requested service from AAA at 9:14 AM. My vehicle was supposed to be transported and delivered to its destination before noon.
It is now 2:36 PM, more than FIVE HOURS after my original request, and my vehicle STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED at the destination.
This is not a minor delay. We are talking about hours with my vehicle in the hands of a towing provider arranged through AAA, without the service being completed within anything close to a reasonable timeframe.
When someone pays for AAA membership, they expect RELIABLE roadside assistance, especially when AAA is responsible for coordinating the towing of their vehicle. A customer should not have to spend practically an entire day wondering when their vehicle is going to arrive.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled. If AAA cannot ensure that the towing companies dispatched on its behalf provide reasonable and dependable service, then customers have every reason to question what they are paying their membership fees for.

My aunt made me get this service and I have not regretted in the 4-5 years I’ve had it! Tows, jumps, battery etc… always exceptional service. Price is amazing for what you get.

Good data but on app have to sign in again and there is always difficulties in sign in just to get your saved places

App has allowed me to add membership and proof of insurance to my phone wallet. An extra caveat is that I was able “USE” roadside assistance and get a tow without making a single phone call. That’s right no holding no message to call 911 if this is an emergency, just open the app confirm the details and start getting push updates. I never felt out of touch or that my need was not being addressed. Effective.
