First time using app I had to get my car towed. Easy user friendly to use and when the tow driver showed up could not had been nicer and getting everything hooked up.

It would be so much nicer if you were able to speak with a person. Not all situations are the same and it took me over an hour to get things taken care of. The Tow driver was amazing.

Had a dead battery. Called for service and within 15 mins someone was there to help me. Phenomenal service by a gentleman named Armeni ! Great job

One suggestion I have for the future would be to add a live tracking or status update feature within the app. It would be nice to see where the service agent is or receive updates directly in the app instead of relying only on text messages.

This was my first time using AAA to transport my classic car, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. AAA sent Bellmore Towing & Recovery, and my driver, Kurt, exceeded every expectation.
From the moment he arrived, Kurt was professional, courteous, respectful, and genuinely caring. He handled my classic vehicle with incredible attention and treated it as if it were his own. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to providing outstanding service gave me complete confidence that my car was in the best hands.
Kurt truly deserves 10 stars, but unfortunately the highest rating allowed is only 5. He is an outstanding professional and a great representative of Bellmore Towing & Recovery and AAA.

AR AAA will not let you make an auto insurance payment via the app
25 JUL 2026: for months now Arkansas (AR) will not let you pay your auto insurance via the app nor via their website. Nor do they support Apple Pay and Apple wallet. They make you drive to the local AAA office and pay. Even though you sign up for paperless billing, they don’t support paperless payments. This is totally unacceptable.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they change the payment method to chickens and goats.
This unwillingness to get out of stone ages only reinforces the stereotype the AR is populated by hillbillies.

I love this app! As I move to having more things on my phone, this app allows me to have a digital version of my AAA card,
Customers aren’t permanently logged in & why are passwords limited on standard specific characters?
As a new customer, I strongly dislike having to constantly sign into the app, instead of being permanently signed in like I am with Progressive’s app and other apps.
I also dislike that passwords has a limitation special characters and the wrong limitation on specific characters. The “normal” standard special characters that every company (including banks) allow for passwords, is missing?!

Payment yes, anything else no
If you want to give AAA money, that works great. They are right up front letting you know how convenient and available that is. If you want to do anything but that, it hangs up, doesn’t work correct, offer says you need to call. Why have an app if you have to call every time I need to do something other than pay.
