My dad and I used a previous insurance company that was difficult for us to log in. It was just awful until my dad had to go the old-fashioned way by using paper checks.
AAA is budget friendly in my dad’s view and I can agree a bit. The app makes things easy for you because you can put liability insurance and your insurance card into Apple Pay. It also has free ID theft protection.

Doesn’t work depending on the update
When I first got the app, I couldn’t sign in no matter what I did and got bad gateway as a message. They did an update and it worked fine and I thought it was a pretty good app. After the latest update once again it’s bad gateway time. Pretty sad it’s so unreliable.
Car Lockout
The service man arrived quickly to unlock our truck. When some unique features made entry more challenging, Sebastian calmly kept trying until he had to vehicle open. The entire process was simple and well executed. Thank you!
Definitely Dependable
AAA is always there when I need them even when I can’t find the words to give them as far as directions they figure it out. I’ve had AAA for years and I will never get rid of them. They are also a great gift for someone who gets their license and that’s their driving journey.
Adding card to Apple Wallet no longer works
I have repeatedly been trying to add my membership card to Apple Wallet and nothing happens when I press the button. Fix this bug!!!

International Driving Permit Application Location on AAA App?
I can not find the location of the International Driving Permit Application to download & fill out on the App. I see it listed as a benefit, but that is all?
Towing
Well, I have not that much bad to say about AAA. I just was kind of disappointed when I signed up for the premium and paid $119 and couldn’t get my car towed same day the same hour they said I have to wait seven days but other than that, I hope it works out for me.
Thieves
This company is buying and selling all of our data to their third-party vendors. We are not safe. We are not respected and we are not cared for by this company anymore but you gotta have AAA or you’re screwed.

I am completely not tech savvy but I was able to use and understand it. Their tech support was helpful with any issues.
Logs out frequently
I don’t need to use the app often, but when I do, it is something urgent, like needing a tow. But the app logs you out after a period of time. Instead of asking g for a username, specify you want my email address, which is what my username is.
Disappointing
Not a very useful app. I needed a jumpstart. I opened the app and the keyboard wouldn’t work. Using the phone’s browser was much better. Also, this app kept saying that I owed money for my membership even though I paid months ago. Super buggy. Needs work.
