Horrible transaction export feature!!
When exporting transactions in Excel format, it’s horrible!!! It’s just an excel file exported from a PDF!!! Why???!!! Why not export directly from the database in TABLE format???!!!! This was how it used to be, but some ‘smart’ programmer changed it now!!!!
Please bring back the original export utility!!!

Face ID & PIN not working
whenever i try to login by face id or pin,it shows me "invalid request data". fix it in next update...
Modern design
Good to see the modern design but still some features are missing. Such as FD withdrawal through app, auto credit back FD to main account after maturity, document submission- such as tax, document request- like bank certificates.

The new update has so many bugs that I can’t even explain. Please fix that as soon as possible or downgrade it again.

In the ios 18 i couldn’t be able to even login. How unprofessional it is to publish an application without testing the basic functionalities.

Account statement showing in the app is not understandable. Previous app shows in debit and credit columns and that was very good to understand.

** When using FAVOURITE for a fund transfer, the app does not retrieve all information, and I have to enter again, information that I provided before and saved.

Seamless Online Banking Experience
I have been using AB Bank since 2008 for my personal banking and I must say the latest revamp of the app just blown me away! Thanks to the entire UI/UX and Tech teams involved in this transition! Kudos to your efforts.

Log in problem
When trying to log in, it send me a page to change my username & password. Earlier it didn’t happen. Periodically it forces to change only password. But this time it forced to change both username and password.
However, I tried but it didn’t work. It is showing a message that “Record not found”.
I can’t understand how it can find or can’t find record before changing it!
Very disappointing.
