Truly upset! The app freezes constantly. It doesn’t allow me to create a new log in. I purchase the app and its absolutely worthless

I recently started using the Pocketbook Apple my iPhone and learnt from their support team that I can also access this iPad app under the same subscription n credentials.

However, it won't open without a subscription and I can't find any info on how to get a subscription.

I have used this data collection software for over a year now and it has revolutionised the way that my company records, monitors and analyses data. My team love it and it is so easy to use.
