Just joined last week. This was very easy especially as Iona in reception was so incredibly kind and helpful.
First session in swimming pool was very enjoyable. Bright, very clean, really pleasant water temperature. Looking forward to my membership.

i set my depit card bill payment to monthly and they have taken my money half way through the month and will take it again at the end of the month they have charged me twice. and i can’t now see my billing payments in the app and when they were last due
