Worst application with worst support. They Took my money till 20 days still they’re are not transferring my money

This is not correct app my first transfer is still in process since last 15 days it is scammed
Frustrating experience
Exchange rates are competitive compared to other apps. However, transfers can take 20–25 days to complete, and in some cases the money is refunded after being held for 3–4 weeks. Customer support is also slow, often taking 4-5 days to respond to emails.
Misleading transfer time
Everything went smoothly until setting up the source account. It initially said 2-3 business days to transfer funds and after setting my source account up, it say 12-15 business days! That is just way too long in this time and age! Hope it goes through smoothly in THREE+ WEEKS!
Remittances always delayed bit great rates
Remittances are always delayed from the dates shown at the time of transfer., this has happened not ones but for all the transfers i did in past. Rates are great.
Worst remittance app ever
I don’t recommend this app. They delay money transfers for days and charge a fee per transaction, while other remittance apps transfer money for free and deliver it within minutes. Yes, this app offers slightly higher exchange rates, but it’s not worth it if you have to wait up to 20+ days to receive your money. Customer support is the worst par, they only give generic responses and never actually help resolve the issue.

Almost everyone is crying
I my self was a victim of money hold and fake promises. Now on social media they have a group of people in the name of Abound victims 😂. Your money will be lost for a month or may be more . I recommend beware . Don’t use this app

‘Processing’ Delays for a month
I initiated a transfer on July 24th and the money + Fees were PROMPTLY debited the same day from the US Bank account. The status still says ‘Processing’ even after the 15 Business day max SLA. Now they are giving a rolling timeline of ‘5 more days’ and ‘2 more weeks’. The customer support is non existent and the AI support chatbot is limited to asking the same canned responses. Even when you raise a ticket, the responses are the same. Something wrong with their off-ramp partners that allow them to convert cash to stable coins and viceversa. May be going out of business shortly!

Bogus app, awful customer service
I have been trying to send money since May. So many roadblocks, horrible support. I’ve been trying to reach out to support for 2 weeks and no response. Absolutely none. My money is still stuck in transit. At this point, this is clearly a scam. Don’t get fooled by the exchange rate. It’s been 4 months and no help. They’re not giving my money back.

Don’t use this app to transfer any money, very bad customer service , transfer takes very long time, always delay. not support to contact , just AI chat and no one ever get back to you, please avoid this app at all cost!!!
Extremely delayed transfer and extremely pathetic customer support
They are delaying the transfers for months and providing silly excuses. Never trust this company. No customer support number, support chat tickets take weeks to respond and in most of the cases you get no response. They are the worst money transfer company in the world! Im sharing and honest feedback due to all the troubles they have given me.

Money never reaches in time except for the very first transfer
The very first one will go through pretty quickly. But after that it will take forever for any transfer. Also there is something sketchy going on, they try to deposit to NRE (non-resident account) through local savings account which is not how international transfers work. Seems like the money is being flipped.

Very pathetic service
Where is my money? There is no reply for my emails , and you guys are not telling why the transfer is being delayed. When delivery date comes you guys send the transfer to escalation and there will be no reason for that. If any problem is there in transfer , customer has rights to know, if you can’t transfer the money just give it back, you can’t keep others money for your business.

Money stuck for almost a month
I tried sending 2500$ through this app because they were providing competitive rates. They said my transaction was delayed, so I created a ticket for the issue. They kept stalling me by asking a document that was never mentioned in the ticket. Since then I have followed up numerous times to get my money back, still no reply. I am starting to think my money is being scammed from me. Please I need help and would not recommend anyone to use this for remittance.

Delay, holding the money
I have sent my money on this abound on july 15, till now the money was not yet deposited in my account and still no response from the team. Even they do not respond to call and they always tells that your money is safe with abound. Please do not use this application to transfer money. And I do not know, how this app is rated 4.4?
