In the era where RIA, Aspora, XPat (formerly Remit2Any) and other player offers real time transfer within 5 minutes This Legend takes atleast 25 days for one side, and after that display a simple message that we are sorry, transfer failed, Now that return journey will again consume 25 days to hit the refund back to source bank. So almost 1 Month or more without your money - Decide before you get trapped.

Money gets deducted from your account with random business name. It took 37 days for my transaction from US to India. Pathetic customer support. Looks very fishy and risky to use them

Never recommended to friends this app since initially they used to say 10 to 12 business days however it never happens on time.Always 15 to 16 working days , never follows as per committed date and time. I hate this app. Remitly and Xpat more and reliable apps to transfer the money to India.
Worst money transfer APP
In my life first ever see such a scamming in money transfer to India. Initiated 25days back, it took for ever to change status to status but finally said refund initiated. After waiting 10days no luck, now disputed and letting you all know please uninstall this today. Read reviews in all the platforms and all spit on them.

This is a scam company
I initiated a transfer on July 5th 2026, still didn’t receive my money even after 20 days. It takes forever to get a response from them, and it’s the same response every time. Your money is in safe hands. My money is not safe until it’s in my hands. Don’t trust these scammers
Scammers won’t refund money and will keep it.
I had cancelled a transaction and was informed that refund would be sent to original form of payment in 8 business days but it’s been over 15 and now they say they can’t refund it to original source of payment so I should use the money within the app.
Non existent customer service
This app is only investing in marketing, I have made a transaction which is being in pending status for ever, they ask for KYC of recipient, which is absurd, and even after completing the KYC, the status doesn’t change, if you caee about you brand name please invest in service, I am writing a review here cos there is no other way to reach out.

Worst app in remittance
They take for ever to remit the money, keep on changing the timeline. No direct support only emails and chat but it is never clear. You other apps that are way better in remittance.

They are basically scammers. If the conversion rate goes down while your transaction is being processed they will come up with “temporary issues”. JUST DONT USE THIS.
Shady money transfer app
My money transfer through Abound was pending for 2 months, even though money was deducted from my US account and still not credited to my Indian account for 2 month. I raised so many complaints on their app but no one responded or even acknowledged the issue. There’s no other way to contact customer service, repeated follow ups fell on deaf ears.
Only once i threatened to complain to Apple App store and CFPB, they immediately completed the transaction and deposited money to Indian account. Never once acknowledged the extreme delay or complete lack of service.
I’ll never recommend this app, better to use reputed services like WesternUnion or Remitly even if the overall rate is better on abound.

SCAM - Buyer Beware
App is full of scammy practices. Gaslights you for weeks and months and your money especially higher dollar amount gets stuck with them
Not so transparent and late money transfers
Not a transparent app and not supportive customer care.It would show certain date of transfer and then Transaction would always be delayed .Cant trust if you need your money on time.

I also panicked when i read all these negative reviews after dealing with the transfer delay. I thought i got scammed. But let me tell you, i got call from one of their team members. He told me we are very small company right now that’s why there are delays in transfers. I trusted him and felt relaxed after his call. And then after few days i got my money. They are just in tough times to handle substantial transfers with such a small team. But they are not scam company. There may be delay but you will not lose your money. Just stay patient until then. They should not advertise themselves before creating a proper team. They have lost thousands of customers. No one will come back after one transfer. Not even me. Who will bear that emotional rollercoaster of thoughts during delays for few extra bucks.

Fraudulent Practices - Avoid !!!
This app seems to be doing fraudulent and shady practices. No customer care number , to talk about the transfer status.
The responses are vague and for my transaction they keep on extending the dates and never received the funds.
Avoid the app and have some peace of mind. I wish to put 0 stars here
