Delaying Approval of Vietnam
It has been 40 days since I applied for ABTC card, but it is delayed from Vietnam. Any reasons?
Please support Apple Wallet
pls support Apple wallet in order to use without multi-step app access. And as I know when out of battery situation, Apple wallet does work properly for some kinds of app like credit card or transportation card.

Need to real card
This App is not working when you guy go to trip. Return to my money.
Server issue
Landed in Vietnam and card would not load due to a server issue error. In Singapore it worked fine. App states to update it however I can't via the App Store. Next week I have to go to Indonesia and now fear the same issue.

Just updated this morning and all day server error. Hope this is fixed ASAP as can’t access and flying out in two day’s time
Frequent Server Error
Not stable server , sometimes people need to access and some immigration officer also do not want screenshots. Hopeless if server frequently down.

I keep getting logged out and need to frantically try to go rummaging through my emails to find my application number, which isn’t always easy when you’ve just landed somewhere and might not have wifi or data.
If this was a privately owned app it would be bankrupt, but government apps and websites are allowed to be rubbish I guess.
And yes, I am running the latest version of the app AND iOS.

Impossible to use
After changing phones you have to log back in with application ID (I’m not applying) and date of birth. BUT you can’t enter the DAY of your birthday. So you can’t log in. You can’t make this stuff up it’s so bad.
Needs Work
Why do I keep getting logged out? Why can’t I save to Apple Wallet? Why do I need to enter an Application Number? You need 100% reliability with this app and it is not reliable at all. Please bring back the physical cards. I have been stopped at international borders because they would only accept the physical card.
