Trash App, useless
I gave one star since I can’t give lower than that.
This app doesn’t even deserve to be called an app, always had errors, crashes, and I can’t even buy seats (apparently if you fly with Batik they INSIST you can only buy seats from this app, yet you can’t even do that). What a joke.

This app is terrible, full of bugs and pretty much useless
Aplikasi Gak Guna
Aplikasi sampah, setiap mau payment selalu gagal, dipake web check in eror berkali kali. Kalo gak siap bikin app mending kaga usah dirilis. Maskapain dan aplikasinya sama sama butut wkwkwk. Ga usah pusing, mending beli di OTA yang sudah terpercaya.
Garbage
Have tried several times on several different phones and it keeps crashing. Literally only thing I downloaded it for was to check-in, and it couldn’t do that. What are you for?
Customer service run by donkeys
App is okay; sometimes doesn’t work. But, when you had to make changes, customer service is super poor, can only be contacted by WhatsApp or email, and as there is no point of escalation or complaint area. All the agents are practically dumbasses due to Indonesia’s low standard of workers.
