Not able to view bookings in app - bug needs fixing
Cannot access by app or website, which means you cannot alter chases unless you go in person . Recent bug needs updating as a real pain
Impossible to navigate
I’ve been trying to book some classes and it’s almost impossible to use the interface. After one hour, I still have no idea how to book a course.
Useless App
Keep crushing or getting stuck
Not working at all
Error! Can’t even view into the main menu. Just says MAF error. Reinstalling doesn’t help.
Awful app
Awful to use, won’t let us sign in. Nightmare
Annoying!
The app keeps logging me out! Also it’s forcing me to pick a nickname of which all names are taken!
It doesn’t work for me
Despite deleting and reinstalling a few times, I can’t open this app. After displaying the logo, it then goes to a white screen and says:
Service unreachable
Could not reach the service (unknown error), please try again later. [MFA1001_200]

Age
Dear Lambeth, could you please, lower the age group app is allowed to download, as you ask children to have their own accounts to log on it.
Thanks!

ACTIVE LAMBETH report
It is an all-round good place to go swimming and exercise, but the app can vary between usable and quite hard to use as it’s design is quite unique
Sign up issues
I signed up but unable to login with my credentials.
Totally unintuitive set up
The Apps UI appears intuitive until you realise that when you log in first time it creates a customer account, which if you have already bought membership on the Web it is not recognised so you are stuck in a loop
App
I always need to write my email and password when I log in. I want to use that app straight away without having to log in
Not fit for purpose
The app is very slow, prone to hanging and just over-complicated for someone simply trying to book a class or a swim. Desk staff acknowledge it is not up to scratch when - after being unable to book something via the app - you are forced to go to the local center and do it in person, but nothing seems to get addressed about upgrading the app and improving/ debugging it in line with the long list of suggestions you can read from other reviewers. Users really deserve better and the clunky app is a real deterrent to local residents who want to exercise at an Active Lambeth location.

It does what it says
Except most days I have to log back into the app, I would like the option to remain logged in
Insane search ux
Dear developers, please look at the user journey for this: ‘I want to find somewhere to play badminton either today or tomorrow. I don’t care which centre. I don’t know where they have badminton facilities. I don’t care exactly how long the session is’. A few clicks? No, 20 minutes later, I think I’ve done it, but it’s hard to tell.

It’s really poor show
It don’t save your email and password, loses your waitlist classes, has misleading class icons leading to the same or different classes, often when trying to access links it just spins and goes nowhere.
Pass in Apple Wallet
The whole application looks a little bit rough but the main thing I would like to see and why I write this review is an opportunity to add my pass to Apple Wallet. It will solve many people’s problems and it will be very very comfortable to use! Thank you!!
So difficult to use
When you log in and reset password it never arrives
If you have the app on your phone I’m not sure why you then need to log in??
By the time you manage to sign in what you are looking for is no longer available

17+ only because of mature content and offensive language??
My almost 16 year old regular gym attender is constantly frustrated with Active Lambeth. He’s not old enough to download the app and therefore has to rely on a parent booking sessions. Immensely frustrating. The app offers the barcode to scan in, which of course he can’t have. Why have you decided to make this so difficult for junior gym members???

So much worse then Better
The leisure centres in Lambeth were infinitely better before they were taken over by the council. Prices have gone up massively and you no longer have the flexibility to book an individual swim session. A day pass is absolutely extortionate at over £17! Facilities in the swimming pool are also not as clean as they used to be. Sadly like everything run by Lambeth council this doesn’t deliver for local people.
