Just needs a “monthly” option for tasks!

I love the app so far - it’s been life changing, really. But I wish there was a “monthly” option as well as the daily and weekly. I want every 2 weeks to throw out old food in my fridge for example.

Instructions, concurrent listening, notifications

1) Where are Instructions on using the app?
2) Where are the daily tasks?
3) how do I change which room to emphasize today?
4) I listen to a book, the timer stops. What can I do to keep it going?
5) The notifications section in the iOS settings app does not list this app under “ADHD cleaning planner schedule“ or as “Swish Cleaning.” How do I get notifications?
