Probably the worst app on the whole of the App Store
Usability is impossibly bad
Can’t book classes
Today the app launches with a menu I’ve never seen before and I can’t find any way of booking a class. ☹️
Love the gym HATE THE APP
The gym is so nice, lovely instructors, classes and equipment but the app is horrid. It crashes all the time, it’s so slow and all around useless ugh

Impossible to Use
I chose this gym in part because of the range of classes. Not only are the times different on the app to what is advertised online, but the app is so poor that it isn’t possible to book them anyway. Unhappy that I’m now tied into a 12 month contract
Since the iOS update
I can no longer book classes through the app it comes up with error 500

Couldn’t even log in using my key fob code, even though it says it recognises it. Terrible

The gyms are great but the app does not work. I’ve had to redownload the app twice just to book a class, which I think is outrageous. It has so many bugs, constantly freezes, the home/ landing page of the app has no purpose. I’m surprised how such a modern gym chain has such a bad app! I’ve now permanently deleted the app and now do everything via the website.

The app needs to be fully updated. It will be great if it showed

- Able to cancel gym classes no matter how last minute

Logged me out
I haven’t been able to log back in - it keep saying that there’s an error. I tried to contact support and it’s not letting me send my message on there either.
The app itself was pretty bad as well. I only really used it to book classes and now I can’t even do that.

It says we don’t have your phone no/email on file. What does that even mean when we are signing up with OTP.
