Resit Problem
Menyusahkan urusan perniagaan, setiap kali transaction, resit tak boleh share dan download, terpaksa kene buka browser atau google pakai laman web, dah 2 kali kerja kene uruskan transaction, sangat menyusahkan. Tolonglah improve.

Affinmax seriously need to rethink its entire system. Blocking users from taking a screenshot of their own payment proof is one of the most backward and inconvenient features i’ve ever seen in a banking app. It feels like the system was design without any real understanding of how customers actually use it. Every transaction turns into a struggle , having to grab another phone just to take a photo of a screen, and even then the app can’t reliably generate PDF receipts. This isn’t security, this is poor design and zero consideration for user needs. For a modern banking app, this level of inconvenience is embarrassing. Fix the system, because right now its doing nothing but wasting people time!

2nd time writing a review. None if the problems solved. Now its even worse. I cant approve payment after past 1 day. Backdated. Kalau tak mentusahkan, memang bukan Affinmax. Cannot print screen even because its their fault they cannot generate the pdf. And the list goes on and on and on and on and on

New version is bad
The more they update this app, the worse it gets. Always delayed and super slow. I cancelled a transaction, but it still sent the money to the receiver. Very disappointing and unreliable!
Slowest, Outdated, Inconvenient
Interface may not be appealing or outdated but that’s not the worst. What’s worse, is the speed and the utter inability to process anything. Login with Face ID? Errors. Login with laptop and needs a secure login from the app? Errors. Trying to approve payments from the app while needing to click a pop up into the app again for approval? ERROR. And now it’s my problem and I need to the contact centre that takes up more of my time? Fix your problems first. Never encountered any problems when I used Maybank, HSBC, and UOB apps

No print screen or screenshot function
Developer should have allowed us to take print-screens of the page after we make a payment transfer so that we can share it to the recipient as proof that we have made the payment. Most of the time the app doesn’t generate the pdf file of the transfer after payment was being done.
App hanged
Immediate action need to be taken as the App hanged after payment successfully done. Can’t move back to home page
