Highly Unprofessional and Liar Executives
Mr Chintan your executive over the call is a big liar, he first intentionally did not talk over my call for 1 min so i would disconnect the call myself, once i did not disconnect the call, he came up and spoke and informed that report time for Agilus for a simple HBA1C report is 48 hours. This is a scam, i would highly not recommend this, also you can check the ratings they have, they are true and speak for themselves, my order ID was PVB0A115A.
Kindly train your executive for conflict resolutions, dont put any random people over customer care calls, who dont even know how to talk.

Simple to book tests and access reports
This new version of the agilus app hits the nail on two main aspects:
1. Booking a test is simplified and takes only a few seconds
2. Accessing the history of reports for all family members is seamless and easy.
Apart from these two features, the app has made the login process extremely easy with removing the need to re-login every time and also using OTPs instead of memory based passwords.
I also found the search feature on the app very intuitive and useful.
I noticed that it reminds me of upcoming bookings on the top of the app which is a useful feature.
I think the tests descriptions could be more detailed in future versions and there could be more intuitive app notifications for users.
I have been trusting Agilus for over 2 decades for my family. Much earlier when it was called SRL Diagnostics. And now with this new app and after Agilus has rebranded and also taken Anil Kapoor as their brand ambassador, I think it’s the best app/ company for home collection/ lab tests. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Tracker crashes the app
The app has two problems that need to be resolved quickly,
1. When Health Tracker (analytic comparison to previous test results) is chosen for any test, the app hangs and the only way out is to close it & restart.
2. OTP not being accepted.
On iPhone the OTP sent on sms is not being accepted. Tried pasting it typing it but app does not proceed further.
3. Forces login with OTP everyday despite a pin being setup.

Great Experience
Taking a Kidney test became really easy with this app. You should definitely try it out. Easy to use and information is also given. Prices are decent in comparison to other apps.
Regarding the services
Every time I used the services, it was a positive experience. Their employees are competent, and their services are hassle-free. I liked it pretty much in comparison to other apps and their services for blood test home collection.

One of the best apps for medical test at home. It'spretty affordable. Results are accurate and fast. Highly recommended to all. Easy to to book home blood collection too. Very happy with their service.

Reports of my thyroid test were accurate and on time. When I compared them to data from another lab, they were identical. I am glad I downloaded this app. They provide great service and professionalism.
The quality of service and accuracy of the tests are excellent.
It's great to have such a reliable option for all my lab test needs. Prices are affordable too according to their services. I booked my diabetes test. It was pretty simple to do.
Liked the app
I liked the app, the prices, and the offers given by Agilus Diagnostics but sometimes it's a little slow. Everything else I liked in it. You can definitely use it.
Good
Though it's a smooth app still a few glitches are there, that need to be taken care of. The person to came for home blood collection did a great job. I didn't feel any pain. Reports were pinged on the app later that day.
Great experience of booking test on mobile
They provide accurate and fast results on mobile phone. Recently I have been using their services for liver function test. The lab is well-equipped and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable like always.I would definitely recommend this lab to anyone in need of diagnostic services.

Great app must try
I recently had some lab work done at SRL Diagnostics Lab and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received. I booked a blood test. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Best diagnostic
They provide a variety of tests and also provide information about them. Prices are also low comparatively to other diagnostic apps. What I love the most is I don’t really need to look again and again for reports. I get the notification when the report is updated on the app.

Good experience
Very nice features and interface but it is little difficult to find important options as the interface is not minimal. I did an allergy test booked here.

Worst app ever
Will not place a order and will crash. Ordering to a lab is IMPOSSIBLE
UX needs an overhaul
The app needs a lot of changes for it to be called user friendly. It seems that the charges for some tests are different in different states. However, app only shows Mumbai charges. I am trying to view my reports and it always hangs. The only way to get back in is to close the app and get back in again. The search for tests is also very slow.

Worst service and most irresponsible people.
I ha snooker an rest for my mom who is 62 years patient . And I got an confirmation that the collection Person will come between 7am to 8am but no one came to collect , we waited till 10 and and when I finally called they told sorry and told that the app is having issues and u need to call Personally and then they rescheduled for next day . My point of view is that these people are cheating us taking money from us and then not sending the Person on time to collect . The patient was on fasting and has to suffer . Worst service ever .

Too many glaring issues with iOS
Very slow n irresponsive on iphone. If you click on report to view, just forget it, it’s never gonna open saying- processing. What kind of testing you have done before releasing a version to certified as iOS compatible? Fix these open bugs wrt performance n features not working. If someone has installed your software with login credentials why at the start you are reinventing a wheel of which region i belong, just open it- if i saved password open with ready to access.

Stupid app
It’s a very pathetically made stupid app. You will never receive OTP. Yes when I say never then never. The guy came exactly after 24 hrs. Actually the app was not accepting my login so simple.
Finally I use guest login. Night when I got OTP

Disappointed
SRL was most friendly app and easy to use with list of health care option available and online booking as well home collections facilities even hospital reports would have been access with the same srl account which was quite a good option . But recently with this new upgrade I find it hard to even login in my srl account it’s crashes every 20 seconds or less without getting accessed of it . Kindly solve the issue as I genuinely like it .
