Degrading professionalism
On 2nd floor, side by side of preventive health check up counter, I asked for a cup of coffee, I was not told rate neither it’s displayed. When I took told to pay 70/- and no bill was given.
This is cheating and low professional approach.
I noticed on many parameters Medanta is degrading professionalism.
At counter no 3 so outsourced guy was seating. Around 10 persons asked where is counter no 8 or 7. He did not assist rather told to check with counter no 1.

Unsatisfactory
Booked using the new Medanta App for their Medanta hospital Gurgaon and made payment but on reaching the hospital they asked me for printed invoice and I had to stand in their long billing line again for that. What is the use of making online payment then??????
