A doctor with all human touch and emotions
Friends, it’s a rare incidence in health care that I witnessed on 30th May 2026 in Fortis Hospital Greater Noida. Had appointment for my father at 4 pm with Dr Anil Kumar Rai ENT specialist. He generally see patients till 4.20pm. My father aged 90 yrs reached at 4.40 pm and Dr Rao waited on our request till he reached. On consultation , we had so pleasing voice of a Doctor with all humble expressions making my father so comfortable . The ear observation and treatment and prescription took some 20 minutes. I wish the medical experts imbibe such behaviour that actually also helps patients recover faster along with medicine. We are so happy to share about a perfect human being and an asset within health system of Fortis hospital G Noida

Bad! Horrible! Most Gross incompetence!
Gross negligence, by the first point of contact a customer has with fortis, which makes the entire Fortis chain look like a garbage trash! I called for neck pain, and the nagarbhavi blr branch and she had no idea with doctor to connect and she is saying give me 24 hours time call back to get your information and the centralised number js obsolete too. I’ve read similar experience on forums and that you also overcharge NRIs, I think all the google reviews are paid. Shame on you! Disgusting behaviour honestly! Everyone report this cheating app!

Doesn’t work properly, online payment option doesn’t work, appointment booking doesn’t work. Very very bad app, needs to improve very badly.

Fortis - Terrible digital footprint
I dont want to comment about hospital or medical facility but the sheer pathetic services on app and website of fortis. It didnt simply send otp to my phone for several times to register. And when i was able to register, i wasnt able to add any member via Fortis App. Reason being - it doesnt show dropdown in state and city and you cant go past that. It was really an excruciating experience. Big thumbs down! Had to choose Max Hospital. Registration and login done in a jiffy.
