I have supplied my receipt and date everything but they are not accepting claim.
Do not buy this insurance
I don’t know if writing here helps. Even after sending them emails, giving them calls. They said they have noted down the details as per receipt. But guess what? They will send the same email stating that receipt doesn’t have enough details. What a fraud insurance.

For me as an international student it has been very useful, easy to make complaints, contact hospitals, and even contact a doctor.

It’s so annoying how we can’t add the digital card to our Apple wallet. It’s not accepted if it’s just displayed on the app. And not to talk about how much of a hassle it is to order a new physical card. People have complained before and they still haven’t fixed it

Edit: I don’t have a Medibank account. I have an overseas student health cover card and I’m trying to add that to my Apple wallet. I’ve ordered an ahm card and it’s been over two weeks but it still hasn’t arrived. That literally means I’m stuck waiting and can’t get any healthcare unless I make a claim which is ridiculous

Hello. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. To set up a digital card: 1. Log into your My Medibank app 2. On the home page, click “Digital card” 3. Follow the prompts until your digital card shows on screen 4. You can start using your digital card right away. If you still want a physical card, you can order it online on My Medibank. Please refer to the below steps: Website: Head to https://members.medibank.com.au/ and log in using your Medibank account. Access ‘Me’ on the top menu, scroll down to the ‘Need a new card?’ section and click on ‘Order a new card’. Select either ‘Additional card request’ or ‘Lost, stolen or replacement’. App: Log into the Medibank app, tap ‘Covers’ on the bottom menu, select ‘Health insurance’, scroll down and tap on the ‘Need a membership card?’ option. Please avoid this doggy insurance, they are not good, avoid by all means, instead go to Bupa. Ahm are would frustrate you.

I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with AHM. After months of trying to get my OSHC cancellation and refund processed, I still haven’t received any response or solution. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no interest in helping their customers.
This insurance is a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend them at all.

The app doesn’t work
I don't know what's the point of having the app to see the doctor Online if we never can actually see them.
The app always shows that "you are the first in the queue and you will see the doctor in at least 30 minutes, but they never show up.

Digital Membership Card
How about enabling users to conveniently add the Digital Membership Card to their Apple Wallet, instead of just displaying it within the app?
Very Great App Experience
While im not sure why theres a number of people who have problems with the App, it has been smooth sailing for me. Most probably the reason why the star rating gets affected is because if there isn’t any problem then people wouldn’t leave a review. Moreover, thank you ahmOSHC, I havent tried the services I’ve paid for tho, hopefully theres no problem, but so far in terms of app usage its been all good. Thank you!

App is disabled since December (writing this on January 23th) and won't allow me to log on, notification shows Head up! Hmm... Something's not right. Check your details...

Bad insurance for a student
Apart from squeezing money of students this insurer does no good for the students, I travelled 45 minutes across Brisbane city to find an AHM approved pathology, utter waste of money
