Avoid their products and apps
Both are trash and will either never work or stop working shortly after. App setup and connectivity is an exercise in insanity.

Both Air DogApps do not work.
Couldn’t register to the original app nor sign in.
And Air Dog X App doesn’t connect to my Wi-Fi or it’s own Air Dog Wifi Connection to get it started and to configure it

Unable to connect Air Dog Pro
I tried connecting multiple times using the different configuration options. Nothing seemed to work, even using a different router. Yes, I used the 2.4 GHz wifi. What I did find is the Feit Electric app I use to control my lights found the air purifier immediately and connected without any problem. It seems like a lot of internet connected devices utilize the same framework when it comes connecting them to an app but don’t have them set up reliably.

Still can get it to work right.
After many attempts to get it to connect to one of my units I was able to pair with the unit. But the next time I tried to log on all I got was incorrect password and I haven’t been able to reconnect since
