アプリログイン再設定
メルアドを廃止変更後にアプリを変更しようとカスタマーに相談するが２年前にサポートは終了したのでとうアプリは使えないとの事。どなたか何とかなる方法ご存知の方はいらっしゃらないですか

接続方法
多数の方の通り自分もアプリ接続苦戦しました。多分多くの理由は2点、接続wifiが2.4で無いこと、接続時にリモコンwifiボタンを長押ししていない。
接続方法簡素に説明します。
まず一旦コンセントを抜いて下さい→本体を起動する→スマホ接続wifiを2.4にする〔buffaloなどではAではなくGの方〕→アプリを起動してスマホと同じwifi接続→リモコンwifiボタンを長押し〔本体wifiのところが青早点滅〕→アプリで接続
これで繋がると思います。

App กากมาก ต้องปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่บ่อย ๆ เพราะค้างสถานะ offline ทั้ง ๆ ที่ online อยู่ App ไม่ค่อยเสถียร ไม่ค่อยอัพเดท การตั้งเวลาไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ถ้าจะซื้อเพราะหวังว่า app ดี เสถียร ถือว่าคิดผิด
ใช้ง่ายอ่ะ ไม่ยาก
แต่..ทำแอปมาทำไมถ้าตั้งเวลาได้แต่ดันเป็นauto ตั้งเวลาไม่ยอมจดจำค่าที่ตั้ง ต้องเข้าแอปมาปรับความแรงเอง ปิดโหมดsleepเอง มีกับไม่มีแอป ไม่คาางกันเท่าไหร่ 9เดือนไม่มีการอัพเดท ถือว่านักพัฒนาแย่มาก
แย่มาก
ใช้งานยากมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงเชื่อมต่อ เหมือนมีแอพไว้ประดับเฉยๆ แถมหลายเดือนแล้วไม่มีอัพเดทปรับปรุงการใช้งานใดๆทั้งสิ้น
เชื่อม app ไม่ได้

Device offline all the time
Even if your device is on and connected, you will not be able to control the machines by the app because it will show “device offline” regardless of the status .
연결이 1도 안됨
아무리 시도를 해봐도 연결이 1도 안되네요… 어플은 사용할 생각더 못하고, 그냥 수동으로 사용 중…

タイマーが便利！
接続も簡単でタイマーが使えるのが便利ですよー。
せっかくなら
アプリで空気のレベルがグラフ化されるのは良いが、下部に時間が繰り返し表示されるだけなので何日前かや何曜日かも数えないとわからない、15日分も表示するなら、日付も一緒に表示されれば良いのにと思います。

Both Air DogApps do not work.
Couldn’t register to the original app nor sign in.

Unable to connect Air Dog Pro
I tried connecting multiple times using the different configuration options. Nothing seemed to work, even using a different router. Yes, I used the 2.4 GHz wifi. What I did find is the Feit Electric app I use to control my lights found the air purifier immediately and connected without any problem. It seems like a lot of internet connected devices utilize the same framework when it comes connecting them to an app but don’t have them set up reliably.
