User reviews

Favorite breathing app

Unlike many others I have tried, this app doesn't have an ugly UI and doesn't try to force music or pictures of nature on me. It works flawlessly. I would enjoy a couple of simple options, like the ability to change the breath indicator's color, and the ability to set different time lengths for inhale/exhale-- but with or without those things, this is an excellent tool to help manage my anxiety in a neat package. Thanks!

Colors?

Can we change the colors? Green's too bright when I have a migraine, how about blues or purples?

Seriously? An app to tell you to breathe?

Not only is this probably the dumbest app I've ever seen, they expect you to pay $.99 to teach you how to do something your brain has been doing since the second you were born?

If your anxiety is so bad that you need an app to teach you how to slow down your breathing, then therapy is probably your best option.
