Can’t Disable AI
There’s no obvious setting to turn off the always-present AI icon. It covers content and seems to have made everything slower.
Was #1, Now Crashes
Used to be my go-to app for everything. Recently, I can’t create new records or reliably load the app at all on devices even slightly older. That’s irresponsible design if you ask me, especially when Google Sheets works literally everywhere.
Great Free Features
I have been using it for my personal memo. It is quite handy for syncing info among devices. It is a life saver for people who need to organize the massive data input everyday in order to remember them accurately and improve work efficiency in the long term. I strongly recommend it! There are also many great advanced functions that are AI related. I haven’t had a chance to learn them yet. Hopefully I will have time to start learning more in the future.

App is way to slow
I have invested a lot of time building my workflow in Airtable, but the app has become way too slow for daily use. Loading times, switching between pages, and general navigation slow down my work so much that it makes me question all the time I’ve invested in this platform.
Airtable has a lot of potential, but performance really needs to be improved. For a productivity tool, speed and reliability should be a top priority. Right now, it is extremely frustrating.

App now is very slow
I can forgive not being able to use interfaces, but is lags a lot on my phone now after the recent update.
Your Data Is NOT Secure
The people who work for Airtable are going through your data, your tables and stealing from you. They are monitoring your information and for someone who has been a customer for a very long time, that really disgusts me.
I used to love this software, even if I didn’t love the app (due to the constant crashing), but this really upsets me.
I do not feel safe to document anything and it makes me lose trust in any of these softwares.
You paid for a service just to be spied on. I’m really disgusted by this.
What happened to privacy? What happened to companies feeling safe. Normal people feeling safe?
This is supposed to make creating and organizing easier but it has made creating incredibly hard.
This isn’t paranoia, it’s facts. They don’t have encryption, they don’t have a way to share bases without losing your data. This company needs to be taken over by someone that doesn’t spy on its customers.
Stealing is stealing. And when you steal someone’s data, don’t be shocked when that data steals you.

Super slow on V11
Airtable has gotten extremely slow in some views on our shop iPads since the V11 update, and has dramatically slowed down as a whole. Not cool!! Please fix it. I’ve disabled Omni on our account trying to speed it up but no luck.
Cannot disable AI
I’ve looked everywhere in the app, and there is no option to disable the AI. I don’t want that at all, and I hate that yet another company is forcing AI onto its users just because they think it’ll appeal to investors.
I especially hate that you’re using people’s data for this stupid feature.

Where is the mobile experience?
In a rush to a meeting and I cannot use the site set up for our investor on the mobile app. I try online mobile, and apparently there’s no mobile site?! Get out of the stone age and make this accessible on mobile!

I wanted to like the app. Since it’s not possible to use the iOS app or a mobile browser to import existing spreadsheets, this app isn’t for me.

If you are looking for a app that can help declutter all the paperwork and documents, Airtable is the new solution to creating any workspace document

Developed a lite CRM for my show dog breeding program to track and handle the workflow of approving applications from puppy buyers. Tracks the flow through receipt, in process stages. Denied or approved to placements. Applications and Contracts are attached to the buyers, with notes etc. dashboard calculates and displays sources of applications and sources of placements, % denied and % approved to track consistency of the process.
My only complaint is that updates seems to break my dashboard....but that is most likely my lack of knowledge in building it. But less breaks each time.

Garbage support
I’ve been back and forth with customer support for over a week solving a very basic issue (unable to share workspace and base) where I had to send multiple videos showing that I was unable to perform such a basic task and the result is that he’ll escalate it to who knows …
App is brilliant on desktop, mobile version not so much…
I love the app on desktop and the mobile version WAS working until the latest update. Now, the app keeps kicking me out because of an error and won’t let me access any of my sheets. Otherwise, I’d rate this thing 5 stars!

I love this app, it’s similar to excel but MUCH more user friendly for beginners scaling up projects. It takes automation to new levels with its functionality and being able to view rigid patterns across tables with ease has been a total game changer for me. 10/10 !!! I love it
Far better out there
The desktop mode is OK. The apps for iPad or iPhone are deplorable at best. Omni is complete garbage. They can only build stuff from scratch and then I can never touch it again. We quit using this.

Slow. Frequent outages. Omni AI is a joke that covers your workspace with no regard for the fact that it’s absolutely useless and offers nothing. The fact that this app has a good rating leaves me with no hope for humanity. We’re all just use to mediocrity now that’s fun
