Please fix the app
For some reason when I log into my account on the AirTalk wireless app it’s connection is showing very slow on it with poor performance and it keeps saying an error has occurred and Im not seeing my loyalty points that I do try to use up and other stuff is taking awhile to load on the screen and I have made sure the app is up to date no new updates for it yet and I have tried my best to keep my account up to date as much as I can with my lifeline

Room for Improvement
I’ve been with the company for sometime now. The service is great, but the data goes too fast. I’m on Wi-Fi 24 seven and for some reason it still uses my data. I’ve purchased plan after plan if this issue is not addressed, I will be switching over and refunding my money.

Life saver
Have been with out a phone for years and now that the kids stay home while I work it’s hard to keep in touch. WiFi is not available at work and near by is literally down the street to connect to on lunch. I finally applied and it’s saves me time on lunch and anytime I had an emergency having to find wifi.

I had AirTalk for awhile now and I have that lifeline number that m medicaide pays for dont have an account password or user name for this app but I use my phone number to sign in to check my account and for some reason the app kept saying wrong number 3 times when it is my air talk number but threw the lifeline program with Medicaid paying for the voucher

Services period
I’ve been with this company for almost a year i think. Nothing has been good at all. The first phone was so slow and out of date. So i up graded. I had to pay 80$ for the up grade to iPhone 8 Plus. A shame for 80$ the phone is giving refurbished. Can’t download anything on here if it’s not 15/16 iOS, the speaker is trash, and the data has issues. The whole experience is giving also that someone is on my phone when I’m not. Never was notified that only 30 days warranty on upgraded phone so had to send proof of deficiencies going on with the phone and couldn’t even send on the phone so no upgrade even though I pay 80$. On my account the upgraded phone isn’t on there for replacement just the out of date phone that I no longer have. I’ve had another phone service and they were better than this one but they don’t issue phones anymore they issue SIM cards only. In pray everyday that I can go to regular phone instead of being with low income government phone company. It was much more peaceful.

lifeline option
it has been great, exactly what’s expected, and provides 5gb of data for the month, no charge. after 2.5 you throttle, but it is still useable for necessities like gps and data messaging when away from a wifi just fine.
get better reception than my wife’s t-mobile phone, and i’ve had less issues with service being spotty than she has all through the midwest and east coast.

Pure cellular freedom
I can honestly say I am extremely happy with AirTalk Wireless or service rules. Not to mention the fact of the matter that they do realize the latest and technology whatever Cell phones towers. We have to benefit and luxury of in AT&T and T-Mobile Towers. Even Verizon GSM. CDMA vendor is no more GSM networks are available for AirTalk Wireless, freedom, loyal faithful good Customers clients Membership.
