Bad service and not keeping true to promotion
I recieved a iphone8 instead of the promised iphone11 and I'm extremely upset because it doesn't even support apps like yahoo mail or cash app being that the hardware is outdated. It also has a terrible battery and I spoke to customer service and they said I should have gotten in touch sooner which I tried but the service is also poor so I need wifi most of the time because I don't get signal

App functionality
When you upgrade to a paid monthly data plan and consume the data before the time, you can’t go back to your previous lifeline. There is no option to get back to your lifeline service in the app.

Received my phone and the charger port was broken. So had to borrow an unlocked phone and put my sim card in it and won’t let me call text or use my data unless I’m on the WiFi!!!!

The data is awful and you can’t speak to a live person if you need help. I paid more for unlimited data and they slowed it down after awhile. It’s not good service.

For some reason when I log into my account on the AirTalk wireless app it’s connection is showing very slow on it with poor performance and it keeps saying an error has occurred and Im not seeing my loyalty points that I do try to use up and other stuff is taking awhile to load on the screen and I have made sure the app is up to date no new updates for it yet and I have tried my best to keep my account up to date as much as I can with my lifeline

Room for Improvement
I’ve been with the company for sometime now. The service is great, but the data goes too fast. I’m on Wi-Fi 24 seven and for some reason it still uses my data. I’ve purchased plan after plan if this issue is not addressed, I will be switching over and refunding my money.

Life saver
Have been with out a phone for years and now that the kids stay home while I work it’s hard to keep in touch. WiFi is not available at work and near by is literally down the street to connect to on lunch. I finally applied and it’s saves me time on lunch and anytime I had an emergency having to find wifi.
