The app along with the customer service is one of the worst service experiences. (The worst is the Airtel mobile.) Do not buy this or any other service from Airtel. Airtel dupes its customers. They are not serious about the “security” they claim to provide. They take your money and Will unsubscribe your cameras shortly after and will not respond over phone or email or resolve the issue.

Worst post sale service
Hey guys plz don’t buy this Airtel Xsafe.
I tried calling service center many times, emailed, tweet too but no one is coming to start my cameras.
I paid 20 thousand to get camera with service. I paid for one more year but no one is coming to start these.
Please do not buy this.

Yall r awesome
Good Camera
However, it takes a lot of time to process and read when you click and open a certain room. The processing time should not take longer than 3secs but it goes much longer which gives the frustration.
App full of bugs
Very bad experience using this app. Grey screen - everytime I have to logout to see something on those screens.
Poor interface
App is ok, but Inability to view videos on web browser makes it ver inconvenient to browse recorded videos

Easily the worst surveillance solution for your home. The app is a mess and half the time the videos won’t load. Worse, the video thumbnails all look the same. Not worth the trouble with the sub-standard camera equipment and a dysfunctional customer support which is total joke!
Great app/ life saver
I have been using the app for personal use to monitor my home when I am away home or abroad., it works great., and team is very helpful when they come to set it up.🙏👍
Unhappy with service
Its been two years I have got Airtel xsafe 360 camera installed at my parents place. Half the time it doest work- either camera does-not rotate, or the feed does not load. Probably connectivity issue with cloud storage. Despite giving numerous complaints, the issues have not been rectified. Airtel focuses only on onboarding new customers while not providing good customer care support for existing customers.

The video and audio quality are poor, rendering the actual purpose of monitoring someone on CCTV ineffective. I eagerly await the contract’s end. I will not recommend this app or the service to anyone.
Cameras are offline when ever we check
The camera cameras are off-line whenever I check. The videos don’t load if I do see videos. We raise ticket after a ticket and they keep saying they’ll fix it but they don’t.
Very slow app with multiple issues
Slow Loading of Live Stream and Recorded Videos: Even after setting the quality to the lowest SD setting, both the live stream and recorded videos take too much time to load and start. I have very fast internet connection around 200 mbps and able to play 4K content smoothly on YouTube
Black Screen During Live Stream: While viewing the live stream for some time, the screen occasionally goes black, interrupting the monitoring process.
App Issue After Notification: When I receive a notification and click on it, the camera feed does not load. I have to close and reopen the app to view the camera stream. Camera is missing
Delayed Playback of Captured Videos: Videos captured on the cloud take a long time to load, further reducing the usability of the camera.

Unreliable cameras
Very slow in streaming and randomly going offline and coming back after a few days. Very poor quality videos… overall I’m very disappointed with these cameras..
Pathetic
Atleats 200+ notifications everyday for detection, but no one is there, plus frequent disconnects.
Needs some work in person detection feature.
This app is not very effiencty filtering out the person detection video.if I have to find video with person i have to scroll through all the short recordings.
Won’t detect cameras most of the time
Almost 30% of the time app doesn’t detect cameras
I live in UK and it never opens here
My friend also had installed cameras in his house and the app is smooth and works wonderfully in UK aswell

It is a comfort to have this app
This app allows us to see the periphery of our house especially when we are traveling. Some glitches need to be worked out. Overall the app and the cameras are helpful.
