Outright false store listing
App page says it does not collect *any* information which obviously could never be true but is deliberately misleading and false. App collects device identifiers, requires you to take photos with the phone itself, and for loss protection requests and collects persistent location information.
App rarely works
App is updated. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Can’t get past the loading screen. Worked great when I registered and paid. Hasn’t worked several times spread out over several months since.
Lost AirPods, replaced asap
I lost my AirPods and got in touch with support super quickly and easily and they were so helpful. And I just switched to a new iPhone and was able to add it to my account so easily.
