No Apple Wallet integration
App Store says this app supports Apple Wallet. In what way? I can’t find one.

Will never use this app or company to rent a car again.
Got into an accident that wasn’t even our fault. Tried to contact support during the accident and they could not get us to the right person to get the necessary information. By the time we got everything figured out after looking like fools during this process we were told that we should
not have to pay for damages as the accident was not our fault. We followed the directions that were given to us during this phone call.
We returned the car the next day and went out of our way during our vacation to get the necessary information that was asked for. This information was then given to the people at the drop off location and we were told that everything looked great.
A couple months go by and we get a bill in the mail for damages to the car and that we were at fault after they did their “review” despite this not being the case and the other driver even admitted that it was their fault! On top of this, they even provided pictures of the damages and some of the damages that were noted in the pictures were already present on the vehicle before we even drove it off the lot! So they’re trying to make us pay for damages that were not our fault and damages that were already present on the car before this accident! I usually don’t leave reviews but this was a very terrible experience and scummy on their end. I guess you’re just a free punching bag when you rent a car because no matter what you’ll be at fault for the recklessness of others while they don’t have to pay a dime.

Always reliable, Alamo is our first choice for car options, upgrades and great service !
can no longer save a credit card
at some point Alamo seems to have removed the ability to save a credit card, both in the app and on the website. That really slows down the process of booking a "skip the counter" reservation. Oddly the sister apps for National and Enterprise still allow me to save a credit card. So I'll be using one of those companies going forward unless Alamo is the only choice at a location.

RESERVATION WAS USELESS
Had a confirmed reservation with Alamo at the airport, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available. The app was still showing multiple options, which made it even more frustrating. No explanation, no help. Very disappointing experience.

Accessible current and future rentals but inaccessible past rentals
I have had good experiences renting with Alamo and using the app — besides how slow it is on iOS compared to Android — for current and future rentals. However, when I tried to access my past few rentals booked through Costco Travel, the app always “spins and loads” and jump me out of the past rental details (i.e., I cannot browse anything).
Please have this fixed as it’s also happening to my Android phone.

What’s wrong with the app??? I have installed and disinstalled several times and still not working…. All titles, menus are showed as if they were still under construction😩😩😩

Alamo is our favorite rental car company. The staff is very friendly, the process to pick up and drop off is seamless. We highly recommend.

Keep trying to use app for upcoming trip, but shows errors. Tried updating & then deleting then downloading again but still shows error.
