Ridiculous design
Book a session flow is broken … releases slot when they make you pay and if you go back session is lost
Cannot add another so risk booking in tandem
This is so amateur and frustrating to get a credit back it makes the whole act of going to a sauna seem a waste

App is bad
The app crash often and it’s hard to use.
Disappointed
I don’t understand why you have to download the app to book a session. You can’t do it online either by a phone call. The app doesn’t allow to book for 2 people either. And also is mandatory to upload a photo on your profile. Sorry but very disappointing.
terrible
terrible method for booking a sauna, what happened to just calling a place and making an appointment. was told it can only be done through the app. what a joke
Bad
Adding profile photo is mandatory to use the app, but it keeps saying the image is too large whichever image I choose from my album? So I can't use the app at all.
