Adding profile photo is mandatory to use the app, but it keeps saying the image is too large whichever image I choose from my album? So I can't use the app at all.
Invasive information requests
Why do I need to upload a profile picture to book a sauna? The app is also buggy. I already provided my email address, but it asks me for it again (despite being logged in with that address). Best part… can’t fill it in. That field seems disabled.

Set up account then can’t login! Password is correct. When inquiring, you are diverted to another portal.

Very poor, clunky user experience. In any way having to download an app to book a sauna is overkill and absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to reset my password and I don’t receive the reset email.

App crashes after being downloaded. No other booking alternatives on the website as it directly links to the app.
Downloading the app will cost you a stratospheric 216MB on your phone, which is far too much. Even a first class video game does not take that much space.

Need to work on UX
App not user friendly or very commercial, can’t book for multiple people, have to buy people gift vouchers and they need to download the app, silly. Website is even more convoluted. Hope the sauna experience is better than their tech UX.
Poor UX and loading times
Jesus, fix this app. Poor UX and took me in total 20 mins to make a booking.
Payment before booking confirmation
This app needs you to pay for a package but the booking is not confirmed. When the booking is declined, the payment is not refunded and has a short expiry. The app also does not allow you to delete credit card information. Only add.

I can not make booking . I installed the app. The app would not open properly. The main screen disappears in one second after opening.
Booking experience from hell
Called up to book for my family and was told every single one of us had to make an account download an app and book separately. Naturally by the time all of that was sorted the 7 spots in the time we wanted had been taken and we had already paid for a package 💀 worst experience of all time
Painful booking
Both website and app are one long painful experience. Takes FORVER to book and can’t book for multiple people…
