They take your money
I sent some money to this account and have no access to it, ive been trying to get it back for weeks and all they are doing is asking how im going to fund this account. Why does that matter.

Overall Good - ANNOYING System.
This app over the years has been good to me however they have some issues where every so often they just put some sort of block on your card for no apparent reason where in turn you’re unable to spend/send or even send between savings accounts which leaves people and myself in a rut when we use this account on a day to day basis. Wouldn’t recommend for daily use. Maybe as a secondary or back up account/card. Disappointed.

This bank decided to withhold the last 150 pound I had left to my name and will not let me access it causing me to starve abs not be able to afford my medication I am very upset and in a desperate situation

Horrible App
I’ve had the app for 2 weeks as I was someone that paid rather frequently I received money £600 suddenly the app stopped working my balance weren’t showing my cube weren’t showing and it said I’ve got 0 transactions on my account I messaged them on the live chat with only for them to reply every 8 hours and they then email me to say they’ve closed my account on Christmas’s Eve with £1600 stuck in the account well Merry Christmas and say no to this horrible app.

They closed my account randomly after being a customer for over two years and lied and said there was no money in the account when there was over £140 in there being with them can be ok but when it goes bad your left helpless no one to talk to or explain what’s happened to your money or your account they have broken my trust in any of these apps .. sign up at your own risk

Do not use this app
This app is a scam and they will close your account with any good reason. My account was closed out of no where and without no reason even so there was money still left in my account and they have not returned it back to me. I will be reporting this app to the local authorities as well as reporting a fraudulent claim against them as well

Having been a customer for a quite a while, Algbra have now decided to close my account.
Initially my account was frozen and restricted for a month. Took them several weeks remove the restriction and carry out out their investigations and as soon as my balance went to zero they decided to close my account.
Payments were made to and from family and Algbra decided to freeze the account, then requested what the payments were in relation to why etc... non of your flipping business.
They called themselves shariah complaint and ethical !!! Bl00dy joke!

No reason for closing my account
I’ve had this bank for over a year now and it’s always worked for me never had issues other than their slow and late replies. They closed my account the other day while I am abroad and couldn’t give me a reason as to why and they are saying it will take 28 days for my money to return I have 1k in there and I need the money for bills and payments and stuff. This is ridiculous

Don’t download, they close your account and tell you you will get your money within 28 days, it’s been almost 2 months and I’m yet to receive my money, I have emailed severally but I get the same reply. Can you return my money to me
Flawed application process
It only asks you few things, name, address, passport life picture and video selfie with instructions.
Got rejected twice and when contacted support they just say. We can’t say why but we can’t accept your application.
Very weird process and customer support. Also had problems with Chase on the automatic application but they could tell me the reason, passport picture flare, and in no time it was fixed and I got my account open.

literally just block your card randomly cause they think payments are deemed “suspicious” and take 50 million years to reply back
Update bug
I’ve just updated the app and when I open it, it keeps telling me to update the app even though I’ve just done it. As a result, I’m unable to access my account.
