The mobile app brings up exactly what I want to see. The facial recognition is an added security.

Viewing 401k it’s great.
When you have to address an insurance issue it’s just awful. Adding my son to my insurance and the process to verify via the app or website is just awful. Customer service is incompetent for the most part.
I don’t understand why employers pay this company and put their employees through this.

Nothing Ever Works
This app is NOT user friendly. Nothing ever works. I've had to call their support 3 times now in order to get anything done.

Glitchy
Doing a simple task such as attempting to obtain a reimbursement has been down for over 3wks. Despite knowing the funds are fully available an error pop up with a message to try again later or call customer service.

Bad update
Retirement balances removed from home page. I want to see my balances first, not some a projection of my retirement income. Balances shouldn’t be buried in the app.
Glitchy App
Very frustrating to click on links that just don’t go anywhere or comes up with a message saying we have a glitch to fix. I hope they fix it because I cannot access the things. I am trying to view.

Alight, just the absolute worst
Everything with this company is intentionally so difficult. Recovering ID, withdrawals or rollovers, they’re setup to encourage you to be able to accomplish nothing. Have used other companies, and they and their app are by far the WORST.
Useful features, but lacking privacy controls
The health tracking works well and the interface is clean. But for an app collecting this much sensitive data — Weight, Blood Pressure, Glucose, A1c, Cholesterol... — there's no way to delete what I've entered. I can add data but not remove it, individually or by category. That's a real problem for privacy-conscious users, especially in states where deletion rights apply.
Please add a delete option on the Health Data screen. It would make a good app genuinely privacy-friendly. Happy to bump my rating once this is added
