Garbage can’t even log in
Company website directed me to use the app for access in the go. Won’t log me into my account and locked my account. Useless.

User Unfriendly App
This app is terrible for working issues. There isn’t a logical connection to get documents downloaded and it doesn’t let me print letters from them. I’m good with computers, and this app always ends up wasting my time.

Garbage
In this app, for my pension, I can’t get my balance. Ask the AI assistant: nope. No way to see balance. So I look around and see what you CAN do. ‘Beneficiaries’ Click it. My wofe’s last name spelled wrong. Try to edit, changing ONE LETTER, will jot allow. Popup says ‘you can only edit beneficiaries here.’ Well that’s what I am trying to do! So the few options this app has do not even work. The app for my 401(k), Vanguard, has all kinds of info and options. This app is complete utter trash

Pointless
This app is pretty much useless. I don’t see any reason for it, since I have to do everything through the mail.
Never can find what your looking for
Almost like they don’t want you to find what you’re looking for and give up
Links don’t work
I got declined on an expense. No explanation why receipts for dental work were rejected. Tried to learn more after waiting on hold for 45 minutes and the links to understand eligible expenses don’t work. It’s like they are trying to get me to give up and just pay for my expenses without using their services.

Each click takes you to a new page that takes a considerable amount of time load.
Finding tax forms is roughly 6 clicks including shipping you to 1-2 third party organizations. Sometimes it loads. Sometimes it doesn’t.
ChatBot routinely provides limited to no answers.
Customer service has closed multiple tickets without resolution.
It’s gamble what is going to load in the app or what is going to ship you to your web browser where you may or may not need to login again.
Overall the UX here is extremely cumbersome and feels like multiple apps that are trying to work together but failing to do so in an effective manner.

Trash app from a trash company
Really pathetic
This app and the website are absolute garbage. I only use it because my company forced me to use it. My 401k balances take 5 hours to update if at all. The graphs provided a child could have drawn. The reminders etc. cannot be removed. Have a look at fidelity’s app. It is a thing of beauty. Get real Alight. You really need to get your act together! Pathetic!

Unhelpful
Random changes to access information on the same device renders app worthless. Once I take the trouble to set up Face ID, leave it alone unless you have a specific security risk which I’d like to hear about in writing.

HSA 2-Step verification doesn’t work
If you log in to submit your claim to submit a claim for reimbursement from your own Health Savings Account ( HSA ) 3/4 way through it requires a code be texted to your phone. Normally, easy you wait for the text come in on an iPhone & then select the code & it automatically loads it to the app’s code field. Not with Alight. You have to enter the code in manually & if you don’t input it correctly after 5 tries it locks your account.
We have a right to our HSA funds & Alight is impeding you getting them. Hope they fix this soon as big frustration.
