Useless app complete useless app
Stupid as fkkk
They keep making the app difficult to upload documents
This app makes you question if you want to take advantage of the FSA benefits due to the amount of time it takes to validate a claim and the constant issues to upload the receipts. I even tried an old receipt that I successfully uploaded in the past and now I get an error message that the file name has invalid characters, which is not true. It used to accept images and screenshots, but they took that away as well.

Non-functional app
Not able to make edits/updates/corrections on app or on line. Change button won't engage. Images missing from screen for edits. No estimate for reimbursement time.
Link not working
The link provided was not working. I was having trouble making a payment. Tried many different ways was unsuccessful.
So much easier than the old me way
Everything is so much easier than the old way oh my God all at the fingertips and all I have to do is show my face thank you guys

Doctors not accurate
I have has the worst luck. The always deny claims and have me submit reason of medical necessity even when it is coming from the doctor. Also when I went to go to urgent care, it showed up all sorts of different doctors non of which were urgent care. And when I finally found one on the list that was, that place did not even exist at all. No medical building at the address. Alight seems great until you use it, then it is hot garbage

Terrible app - hides critical information about investments
App continuously cycles thru the same half dozen screens. Never provides important information about cost basis, investment source, etc. Not surprised Alight is loosing accounts to Fidelity and others
Horrible for uploading anything
I’ve tried so many different times uploading anything. Whether I’m uploading to the well-being or the FSA section doesn’t matter if it’s a picture file change the type of file., it gives an error message to try again later. Only way it worked. The first time was to do it without uploading anything and then when it comes back and says, I need to upload something. I was then able to upload it. It also won’t let me upload a picture. I have to save it as a file because it doesn’t open my pictures. This should be a simple fix. Other than that it’s a decent app but the whole purpose is to get reimbursed

I love the app. It is so functional and gives you a lot of options, including submitting the claims.

Keeps failing. Cannot look up information. Continues to require re-login. Terrible app.
