App relaunches every time you lock phone or use a different app
This app was very accurate and useful when traveling to Guyana recently. But there is one very annoying aspect to it. When you go through the trouble of searching for your species, then you either go to record it in eBird or you just put your phone down to look at the bird again, when you go to open the phone again the app puts you back at the home screen! You have to go through the effort to search for the bird in the list all over again. I didn’t close the app, I just opened a separate app or just put the phone down.
It would be great if there was a feature to keep it open to the page you are on while using the app. This would easily give this a four or five star rating.
