Server errors
I have never been able to use the app. Every time I’ve tried to add a trip I get “the server returned an unexpected error”

This app is worthless. What is the point in an “APP” if it kicks you out and takes you to the website in Safari or Google? It’s constantly back and forth between the app and website. Several times I can’t even get checked in and get my boarding pass, which is even worse when trying to fly back home and have no option to print the boarding pass. At least the people at the ticket counter are nice.

This app stinks
I have been trying to book a flight for about a week now and even lost good prices but can’t get past just putting info in. I have deleted the app couple times and now does not even appear on my home page

The flight attendant was very rude to me.
I said nothing to her, she was loud & bossy.
Everyone heard her! After this second trip coming back home to SBN. We will never fly Allegiant again. I never had a problem before with ANY FLIGHT ATTENDANT.
Wow this time it was very emotional & embarrassing….I had my cell phone in my purse.that is what she took from me was my purse. I had it beside me. We already put our carry on bag up in the carry on compartment….

Not good
Compared to other airline apps, this one is terrible and not user friendly.
Don’t bother…useless
Why bother having an app if people can’t even use it like an app should be used? All the app does is redirect you to a web browser and you have to do everything there. Get it together Allegiant!
Not an actual app - skip the fake app
Opens your browser, takes you to their website. No biggie, just know they’re not using an actual app. It’s a budget airline, so stop expecting Qatar Airlines royal treatment. They operate on a small budget so you can book that flight cheaply. Giving this one star because it’s not an app, and should be removed from the App Store. Airlines itself??? Expect delays sometimes. Plan for the worst, be prepared, and work with them if there’s a hiccup. Getting mad won’t get you to your destination any sooner, or suddenly materialize a lost bag. Ideally you should pack light, pay for carry on.

Worthless app
Can’t even add my flights to the app. I keep getting the error “the server returned an unexpected error” what’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work?
Horrible app!
After 2 reinstalls of the app and 5 or 6 error messages I was able to check-in and save my boarding pass. This shouldn’t be so difficult! Lucky the planes work better.

App doesn’t even work, if you want to change your flight you can’t use the app, you get an error message. So I tried to call them instead, got a 5 hour wait time so i chose the call back option and received a call back 20 hours later from someone that barely spoke English. Absolute joke of a company.

Canceled my flight
My flight was canceled and they gave me $200 through paynuver. The only way I can get my money is if I link my bank account info. So ridiculous. Not doing that.
Dates wrong on schedule
I use the app but the dates are a day off. Right now they fly Friday and Monday and it shows thursdays and sundays. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No change. iPhone
The worst app I have ever used
I’d give it 0 stars if I could, I signed up and I wrote my information down and it will not let me even login to the app to access anything. The app is extremely slow and unhelpful.

App does not work. Why have they not fixed it in years? A high schooler could develop a better app.

It never works, it always says “unable to update trip information” no matter how much I reinstall it, garbage trash app I hate using Allegiant because of this stupid app
Pointless App
Honestly grappling with why this app exists. When I select “my account” it redirects me to a browser to login. I figured maybe it’s some form of authentication but when I sign in on the browser, then go back to the app to view “my account” it brings me back to the browser.
Broken App
App has not been functioning for months. Tech support offered no help.
