App works fine except for the TSA number entry which never shows up on my boarding pass
Boarding pass not available on the App
Tried hundred times in front of the airport agent. Failed to load boarding pass on app.
Can’t log in
Every time I try to go into the app it makes me go to the browser and verify I am human.
Not sure what the negativity is about
It’s straightforward, easy to book, and has never given me issues.
App is efficient & concise
The app allows for simplified user-friendly, and allows access for boarding passes upon check-in time.
Raised price while I was booking
It purposely raised the price knowing I was considering my options. It’s now wants $50 more for what was just in my bag. Bye.
App use
When I enter my login information the app from my iPhone I will get a message telling me that my login credentials are incorrect. I always have to manually enter my password from my browser. My question is why should I use your app when it doesn’t allow me to login?
Customer service
I like flying this airline but non existent customer service is just crazy absolutely worst big business web site on earth I mean really you can’t hire people who know how to run a web site
Horrible App!
This is one of the worst apps I use. Most of the time it sends you to the website, which defeats the point of having an app on your phone. Confusing wording and navigation is the icing on the cake. Seriously makes me look at all other flight options before using Allegiant.
Gotta do better
App for e closes or directs me to the website. I like Allegiant but the app leaves a lot to be desired. I should have to go through app and internet hoops to check in for my flight
Bad UX
This app genuinely makes me upset. It redirects you to a web browser when trying to login to get your boarding passes.

Not working
App will not let me check in. I got a message to see an Allegiant representative for assistance. What good is the app if I can’t get my boarding pass.
100% going to have issues
Every time I try to book a flight I have issues and when I want to talk with an agent the time keeps going up. Praying they do not mess with sun country! They are so easy to deal with

I’ve had this app for over a year and have never been able to use it for boarding passes or viewing trips Ive booked. The app just refers me to log in online then online refers to app and round and round this cycle goes. Sad really since I do like the airline

This app NEVER works for me, i cannot ever enter my flight information, and i can't check in.
Horrible experience and inaccurate information on flights
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It fails to even track my own flight reservation information. Google search does better. Also it won’t let you look at a lot of your information in the app and failed to allow me to change a flight. It’s pure Junk
Find another airline. You’re welcome in advance.
Worst experience ever. Used the app to book a flight. Long story short: paid almost triple the airfare, was charged for a check in fee when I only had my carry-on, and after a 9 hour phone call on the last day of my trip, Allegiant wouldn’t make any accommodations to rectify the situation.
Routine glitches within the app
Love Allegiant but this application always has an issue. Whenever check-in is open I receive an error and either have to close and reopen the app or wait a certain amount of time before it allows me to check in even when it’s available. There’s also and error with adding the boarding pass to my apple wallet if the check in process is glitching.
