It’s just OK
When purchasing tickets, before adding name and info for each traveler, app needs to provide total of fare.

Traveling in itself is already stressful. This app will make sure to double down on that stress with random errors, failure to log in, etc. I don’t know why their team ignores these reviews. People are actively avoiding this airline because of the app. Unbelievable.

App doesn’t keep you logged in. When you try to log in the app transfers you to their website. Waste of time.
Their app and website are terrible
I have had to change my password so many times because their link between the app and website are just plain terrible. I can open the app and see my flight however if I click “My Account”, it wants me to go to the website but it doesn’t let me in because it doesn’t recognize the password from the app. So I change my password on the website only to have this happen over and over again. And my wife says we’re never flying Allegiant again because she can’t get into either the app nor the website no matter what password she tries to use.

Horrible app
This app is mostly a piece of garbage. Hardly ever works for me, more than 50% of the time I can’t check in with the app. I’m forced to go to the counter to check in. Delete the app and I can’t log in because there is a network error. I like the airline but their app is garbage. iPhone 15 pro max

Compré 3 tickets y pagué Aseguranza por los tres y no me dejaron subir al avión y No tuve devolución de mi dinero ni de la Aseguranza que pagué quedé totalmente decepcionada perdí cerca de $ 500 dls . Por eso no paguen Aseguranza por que no sirve el servicio con esta aerolínea!
Use app for boarding pass but app kept asking me to download app
It sucks. I checked in with the app but couldn’t get to the boarding pass through the app. The app kept telling me to download the app. I tried but it froze. I went though the check in line for a paper boarding pass.
Terrible technology
I get they are a budget airline but this app is riddled with issues, bugs, and flat fails to work numerous times. It endlessly bounces you back and forth to the website which sends back to the app in an endless loop of frustration. The developers clearly never use the app? Is it 100% offshore work?

Checked bag not added to return flight
Absurd / predatory they do not add a checked bag to return flights on the same trip.

Thank you to the crew that found my CPAP machine and took it to lost and found in Ft. Walton/Destin. I left it in the overhead compartment and they found it. I am so grateful for you. The staff at the check in counter I went back to and asked. Rosie, the supervisor, knew exactly where it was and brought it to me. Thank you Allegiant Airlines.

What’s the point of this app?
Why even have an app if it always redirects you to the internet? It’s super slow logs you out every time I try and use the app. Needs a serious update

I fly Allegiant multiple times throughout the year, and they are efficient, professional, and always on time. Not to mention the great prices!
Terrible app
I run into frequent issues with updating. I have had multiple issues checking in online which then causes me to have to go to the airport early and stand in the baggage line when I’m not checking a bag so I can get my boarding passes. I have also had my seats changed when I paid for specific seats. Just overall not good experiences.

Great app that works flawlessly! I do take a screenshot of my boarding pass, just in case. Have never had to use them!
