What’s the point of this app?
Why even have an app if it always redirects you to the internet? It’s super slow logs you out every time I try and use the app. Needs a serious update

I fly Allegiant multiple times throughout the year, and they are efficient, professional, and always on time. Not to mention the great prices!
Terrible app
I run into frequent issues with updating. I have had multiple issues checking in online which then causes me to have to go to the airport early and stand in the baggage line when I’m not checking a bag so I can get my boarding passes. I have also had my seats changed when I paid for specific seats. Just overall not good experiences.

Great app that works flawlessly! I do take a screenshot of my boarding pass, just in case. Have never had to use them!
No good
This app doesn’t work, when you sign in it takes you to the website. When I try and download the boarding pass it gives me an error message.

Worst app ever
This is a useless and annoying app. It constantly redirects me to the browser.

Bad app, not surprised.
This app I thought had potential when I first started using it. However, whoever designed it, clearly doesn’t travel or they hate their customers so much that they want to make our lives harder and design something that was developed in the 1990’s. Yes I’m being facetious.
The only thing this app is good for is checking in. That’s it. And then when you check in the app “adds” your trip to the app. Which is a lovely thing to do but you have to go hunt for the email in order to get the confirmation code to do that.
Then if you want to check out your account or anything else, the app pushes you to the website, which then again you have log in before you can do anything.
I will say it’s one step up from the VA’s annoying and antiquated log in process for their app.

Can’t add trip
I got this app cause I’m flying Allegiant in a couple days and was hoping to make my trip smoother. But for the past 2 days I’ve been unable to add my trip to the app. I have an account, and am able to add the trip online on their website. But on the app it doesn’t show up, and I get an error every time I try and add it. Would not recommend the app. Waste of time.

Spotty success
App works well most of the time but here are two complaints:
1) all the ads make for too many clicks when I just want to book a ticket.
2) random glitches prevent you from completing booking. When that happens you have to call customer service which is rarely less than a 40 minute wait. That’s frustrating- they agree nothing was wrong but it was a glitch.

Terrible app user design
Terrible app design. All I wanted to do was get a boarding pass and it led down a completely useless rabbit hole and goose chase to track it down. I download the app and then it takes me to my browser. It is useless. Every other airline I have been one has made the process seem less and easy. Not Allegiant.

This app is garbage. Nothing works and you have to leave the app for a browser to complete most things. By far the worst airline app and is wildly outclassed by the UA and AA apps.
Sun Country app better
I hope Allegiant abandons their horrible app and uses Sun County’s app. The login process to the Allegiant app is clunky and it doesn’t stay logged very long. And it doesn’t show the running total while booking. Everyone who flies Allegiant is price sensitive. Cater to them instead of trying to hide the price.

TSA Number
App works fine except for the TSA number entry which never shows up on my boarding pass
Boarding pass not available on the App
Tried hundred times in front of the airport agent. Failed to load boarding pass on app.
Can’t log in
Every time I try to go into the app it makes me go to the browser and verify I am human.
Not sure what the negativity is about
It’s straightforward, easy to book, and has never given me issues.
App is efficient & concise
The app allows for simplified user-friendly, and allows access for boarding passes upon check-in time.
Raised price while I was booking
It purposely raised the price knowing I was considering my options. It’s now wants $50 more for what was just in my bag. Bye.
