Who on earth codes and tests these apps? Complete waste of time trying to add new card details.
Cannot add new bank card
I’ve been using the app for years to pay my rent and I’ve recently had to get a new bank card. However, the app doesn’t seem to let me add my new card, it just gets stuck after I input my details (not even the card details) and I can’t seem to move forward in the process. I’ve tried at multiple times in different locations so it isn’t the internet connection. Incredibly frustrating as I’ve long counted on the app to make my rent payments relatively painless.

It will not allow me to register.

There are no error codes, just a message in red telling me that I have not completed the form, when I have, and leaving the password box empty. There is also a message in blue telling me that my form cannot be processed right now, and to try again later.
I have tried three times this morning using safari, and had the same messages each time, I have tried twenty-one times since the middle of July.

Unable to make pyt
For months now I have not been able to use the app to make pyt. I enter my address details and hit pay and the app goes no further. I tried to contact your support and when I sent the message it says my request is blocked.

Will not let me add a card
Terrible! Will not even allow me to add a card with which to make a payment. Keeps asking me to add address details when I try to make a payment and then just sits there and does nothing with it… I don’t ever get to be able to add my card details!
