Who on earth codes and tests these apps? Complete waste of time trying to add new card details.
Cannot add new bank card
I’ve been using the app for years to pay my rent and I’ve recently had to get a new bank card. However, the app doesn’t seem to let me add my new card, it just gets stuck after I input my details (not even the card details) and I can’t seem to move forward in the process. I’ve tried at multiple times in different locations so it isn’t the internet connection. Incredibly frustrating as I’ve long counted on the app to make my rent payments relatively painless.

It will not allow me to register.

There are no error codes, just a message in red telling me that I have not completed the form, when I have, and leaving the password box empty. There is also a message in blue telling me that my form cannot be processed right now, and to try again later.
I have tried three times this morning using safari, and had the same messages each time, I have tried twenty-one times since the middle of July.

Unable to make pyt
For months now I have not been able to use the app to make pyt. I enter my address details and hit pay and the app goes no further. I tried to contact your support and when I sent the message it says my request is blocked.

Will not let me add a card
Terrible! Will not even allow me to add a card with which to make a payment. Keeps asking me to add address details when I try to make a payment and then just sits there and does nothing with it… I don’t ever get to be able to add my card details!

This has to be one of the worst apps ever. Never straightforward when trying to pay my rent. I truly wish there was an alternative option. Surely it can’t be that difficult to sort it out. It’s a real nightmare in every sense smh
Can’t make payments
I have been trying on several occasions to pay my rent. The app won’t allow any payments. It has been going on for months and work occasionally. I am now having to pay my rent on a later date, which adds the next week on and makes me go into arrears. Not happy at all with this app.

App not working
To make a payment option on this app has not been working for over a week now, can not make any payments it needs fixing this app

The worst user experience i have seen
This is so bad to use and really frustrating, please hire me as your designer and I will do a much better job, clearly whoever is there designing the user interface is incapable!!!
Doesn’t work
Useless App, can’t even call it an app really as it simply takes you to the web page which doesn’t work anyway.
I sign in on my iPhone 12, enter payment amount and 3 digit code from my card…and nothing. There’s supposed to be a challenge from my bank for security but it never works. So the Mrs has to pay the rent using her laptop- not sure how we’d pay it otherwise.

Will not let me make a payment
I’ve always had a rough experience every month when trying to make a payment. I’ve tried at least 5 times today to try and make a payment with using my banking app to verify and a card reader and every time I get a message saying “ERROR OCCURRED. FAILED TO VERIFY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARD PROVIDER FOR PAYMENT STATUS”. There isn’t an issue with my card / bank and transactions for my card have been going through before and after I’ve tried to use the app to make a payment. This is getting out of hand. Apparently checking other reviews, this is an on going issue for months now and it seems they aren’t doing anything to fix it. Unacceptable

Had this app for years, use it weekly, or try too! Quite often it doesn’t work & once again it’s not letting me pay my rent for last few days. When it’s working it’s great, quick & easy. Shame that it so often doesn’t work. Please fix it 🤞🏼

I have been a loyal user of your app for numerous years, and while it has provided excellent service in the past, I am currently facing a persistent issue with the payment processing functionality. Whenever I attempt to make a payment, I encounter an error message stating, 'Failed to verify payment card details, please contact your card provider,' despite confirming that there are no issues with my card.
This inconvenience forces me to repeatedly attempt the payment, sometimes up to 20 times, before it eventually succeeds. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve this matter promptly, as it significantly impacts the user experience.

TIME FOR AN UPGRADE
This app is far from user friendly requiring email and password on every single sign in. Furthermore it constantly shows errors and that payment has not been taken when it has been ring fenced in the account and always completes, without acknowledgement or receipt being issued. This error has occurred throughout 2023 and is STILL happening in 2024! Developers do better, an update/upgrade for this ineffective app is long overdue. We need an app that’s something user friendly and accurate!!

Can’t even sign up
I’m just at the sign up phase and can’t even do that because when I input ALL my details and get to then end where I have to select a security question, NOTHING comes up, no question selection. So I can’t choose anything, which means I can’t ever move forward with my signing into this app. What is up??

Card challenge problem
I have been using allpay app for a few years and until recently I never had problems, when I try to make payments the card challenge pops up and I follow the instructions to validate the payment through my banking app once it’s confirmed I go back to the pay app for it to display error occurred ‘couldn’t verify payment details’. This has become so frustrating!! FIX ITTTTT!!!
I even tried to use the send an OTP option that doesn’t work either. Absolutely appalling !

Rent payment
The application is not user friendly and I can’t use it to pay rent. The amount field didn’t allow me to enter any amount. I’m registered but it still ask me about 19 digital number that didn’t correspond to my rental reference.
