Beware the change date fee in the app

It costs 250 riyals without their app fees to change the flight date even if u adjusted 5 min after ur ticket booking and you cant ask to upgrade ur orignal ticket to get more flexibility with changing times and dates

حجزت فندق لمدة 3 ايام لعائلتي وتم دفع المبلغ كامل 1537﷼ ولما وصلت عائلتي الفندق طلبوا منهم الدفع، التطبيق مجرد وسيط ومايحميكم بالمواقف هذي تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء ولكن لم تحل المشكله مما اضطروا الاهل بدفع مبالغ اضافيه، تم رفع شكوى، وسيكون اخر تعامل لي مع تطبيق المسافر
