I missed my appointment. booked an appointment for 4:20 as early as 9:30 in the morning so that stuff like look for a driver or all that wait time could be sorted before it’s eventually time for my ride . Tell me why I had to call about 4 times before a driver could be sent to me at 4:35???
Awful!
Same with the automated phone system. Speak to a human they are significantly better!
Future bookings cause confusion
I tried to book a taxi for after the time that my train arrived but I was charged for a no show at the time I made the booking. Probably better to book with another taxi company.
Can’t trust them anymore
New system is a shambles. Booked a trip out and return, trip confirmed on text for the both trips. Return trip text was stealthy removed. Called and suddenly recognised the ride arrived 15 mins later but my trust in Alpha cars has vanished after 6-7 years of reliable service. Do not use.

Why 3 different text messages from 3 various numbers for a booking! Unnecessary

Pre-bookings go through as ASAP bookings in the new app.

I’m officially writing my first review on App Store.
I’ve had several bad experience booking taxis through this app. It confirms your bookings but rides will never get dispatched except you ring in.

Can’t even signup
Requests PIN, takes ages to deliver and then complains when I type the 4 digit code in.
Poor app
Service was great the last time ordered from their app and I will probably return in future. The only thing I didn’t like is when you request ride on the app, it does not forecast how much the fare will be, I had to ring office and ask them the price.
Terrible app
Come on. Not that difficult. It’s taken me 15 min on the app to book a taxi…
Poor app and poor service
Hardly ever able to book taxi and if you can it’s late! General message is that high demand unable to take bookings! But how is it always high demand? Time to move aside and let a real taxi firm into Basingstoke
Doesn’t work
This app just doesn’t work, tried uninstalling it and then installing it, no joy, even went old school and phoned them up, the answer phone message was as download the app 🙄, went to another taxi firm instead. Spend you hard earned Mowbray else where.
How do you book
I plan ahead. I can’t see how to anything other than order a taxi for immediate pick up

we booked a taxi tonight 24hours in advance and they did not turn up or call us to say the could not do it. Why bother to book?
Honestly a complete waste of time
If you making a booking 30 minutes in advance it will automatically confirm the booking, and then cancel it just before it was due to arrive because they haven’t got drivers available. Its like a really dreadful and badly made version of uber that literally does not work.
