Bad iphone app
Everytime you do this, I can't use the app for a while since no matter what I do, every time I open the app again get the same "You have to update" message and I can't do what I wanted to do at Alpine Bank.
iPad
Would be a five star but I’m not able to use my iPad to even access my accounts. I was instructed to purchase new tablet or laptop. Surely there must be a solution for this. What say you?

As an older senior, I’m always amazed at how easy Alpine Bank makes my everyday needs, from depositing checks to withdrawals for large purchases and especially talking with a live person in the phone. I love Apine Bank!

We opened our accounts (checking, savings & loans) in 1996. We have moved in state, to a different state, 2 foreign countries, back to a different state and have never received less than 5 STAR SERVICE, through online & telephone access.

The best bank
I have been banking with alpine bank for over 5 year after switching from two larger banks. I can say without a doubt, Alpine has provided the best service Imaginable. The customer service and care is second to none. When I walk into the Dillon center I am greeted with nothing but smiling faces and known by name. That is how banking should be done. Andrew is a stellar person and always available to help his customers and his team. I never see a situation where I switch banks again. Knowing the tellers and management have my family’s best interests in mind is priceless!
