Pending Approval payements not loading at all.

Over the past two weeks, the pending approval screen—both in the mobile application and on the web platform—has become extremely problematic. It frequently fails to load and, at times, does not load at all. Previously, the application was smooth and reliable, but recently its performance has significantly declined. This issue is causing serious inconvenience and needs urgent attention from the technical team.

Icon issue

There is a problem with the icon of this app when I set it on light mode and customized, my home screen to set the apps at full size the content I mean the logo it disappears only empty circle but when it is on the default size, the logo appears and the content I don’t know if this issue on my iPhone, but this is my second official update and still the same

سيئ في خدمة دفع الفواتير والتحويلات 👎🏼

هذا التطبيق يستهلك طاقتك ووقتك 👎🏼، عندي أكثر من 60 فاتورة محفوظة فيه، منها فواتير الاتصالات السعودية، موبايلي، الكهرباء، تزويد الغاز، التأمينات الاجتماعية، إيجار، زين، وغيرها، لكن للأسف كل ما أبغى أدفع فاتورة لازم أتصفح كل الفواتير اللي فوق ال60 لأني ما أقدر أبحث عن الفاتورة بالاسم أو الفئة. هذا بدائي.
This app consumes ur energy and time 👎🏼, I have over 60 bills saved in the app , STC,mobily,electric bills ,gas tazweed,GOSI, ejar,Zain and more but unfortunately every time I wana pay a bill I have to go through all the list 60+ bills because I can’t search the bill by nickname or category. This is primitive.

تغيير رقم الجوال

تم زيارة الفرع مرتين لتغيير رقم الجوال و ثم أفادتي بأنه تم رفع طلب تغيير رقم الجوال وثم التواصل مع الموظفين ٣ مرات عن طريق الجوال وثم أفادتي بأنه لا يوجد طلب و لم يتم حل المشكلة الى الآن/ يرجى إضافة اختيار تغيير رقم المالك من التطبيق بما انه نظام منفصل للتسهيل.

Bug with USD accounts

There is a major bugs with USD accounts: 1st , I cannot move balance from my USD accounts to SAR accounts.. this is new issue that appeared in recent version. 2nd, USD account details show currency as SAR instead of USD. I believe both issues are backend issues as same behavior is also on the browser website. A fix must be done to this one star app!
