Suspended account

This AltBank is a very useless and stupid people and na God go punish you people for all this stress you guys are giving me I open this account about over one year now and i just said I should try it with a little money so someone want to send me 100k so I decided to use the account to collect it after the person send me the money into the account the next day am in need of funds so I now said I should try send out from the 100k that is inside the account the transaction is not going the next day the account is suspended I was surprised I now send a mail to the customer service support they told me that I should upgrade the account that the account I open the money that enter inside is higher than the limit that I should upgrade it to the normal savings account and k ask them the requirements they told me that I have to write a letter of upgrade request for inside paper and I put my signature then i snap it and send to them with my nin and passport photo and proof of address unity bill and I did everything as I’m telling you my money is still inside the account this stupid people never remove the suspended and recently about 4 days ago I received a email message from them that I should upgrade it again I have to swear for them that they want to put me into another stress again without let me get my money and they reply me that they re sorry for the inconvenience that it’s won’t be like that again that I should do same things again and I have been doing it since that 4 days now this people didn’t upgrade the account and they didn’t remove the suspended this people re real scammers they’re a thief and na God go punish you people nobody should use they’re account again is not good they’re thieves

Request to transfer money from my billing account to savings account

I requested to transfer funds from my billing account to my savings account since 19th of April and I provide all the details they asked me to , I haven’t received the money in my savings yet?

Bad app

I am using iOS iPhone and I was using the app on my android but I sold it and i tried logging in on my IOS but it keeps saying ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCK OUT why ?

Suspended accounts

I am beginning to feel this is a trap because my account was suspended and I sent the requested information no response till now customer care number doesn’t exist so I have to reply on email to communicate with you people it is wrong

App is too slow

I'm using iPhone and trying to open an account in the app, while filling in details it will go off on its own and when I get to open the app again, still at the same point it goes off again. I got tired and left it. And it's slow when trying to fill in the details. Thank you 🙏
