Trash and lies

Don’t go through alto if you actually want your prescription to go through. I waited and gave them months several months to get everything together and make sure that it got through my insurance and I don’t think that they even tried. I reached out to them on to make sure that the process was moving along and spoke to them on the phone. The person that I spoke with on the phone was short and rude and hung up on me abruptly without any clear next steps, leaving me confused and a bit concerned. I took her word, though, that it would be addressed. I should not have, though, because it never was. I continued to be brushed off time and again in their chats. They claimed that they were going to have their physician look back into it to get the order processed and that she would be in touch with me- that was about a month ago and, though I’ve reached out to them, there has been no resolution and they still have my money for services that were never rendered. Basically a scam. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

The En-Sh/tification Has Made it Unuseable

Alto had so much promise! As a person who is supposed to reduce stress as much as possible and relies on medication to function a hand delivery is exactly what I wanted and needed…

Instead I’m bullied by spam messages that I cannot opt out of and now they’ve moved onto delivering medication’s I don’t need and don’t know are coming, that REQUIRE ME TO BE PRESENT to sign for them, without our prior approval the delivery in the app.

They apparently will Auto cancel it once and then they reschedule it and decide you’re just going to be there on a holiday weekend…

this is not the first time I’ve had them rescheduling deliveries for holiday weekends because they didn’t have meds available last time and so they just kept bouncing my Delivery day by day as if I’m just going to be home waiting for the delivery that has now gone from one delivery of three meds to three separate days…

I no longer have the ability to keep up with this and have to take my chances with mail order delivery again and just see where USPS delivers .. I don’t know which is more stressful, but despite reaching out to Auto for Support multiple times there’s no way to just get Auto refill notifications when your meds are ready so you can just pop in and do it at your convenience now they’re just sending it to you whether you’re home or not.

And if you turn off auto refill you don’t know when they’re ready to refill it’s very unclear user interface that had so much potential!

Incredibly disappointed. If they’re still around in the year hopefully I can give them another chance.

Basic functionality issues

My past couple orders, the “track your order” button is broken in the app. I tap on it and the tracking link doesn’t open. I am now getting texts that my order is on the way, which is an improvement (this has not worked for me consistently), but please fix the app as well.
