Unreliable app
Works half the time, can’t believe it’s used to interact with healthcare providers.
Such a step down from MyChart
Hate that you can’t see message notifications from the main dashboard. So much of this app has such poor functionality!!
Works Great
I have had no issues with this app functioning as intended. I’ve always been able to login, see my appointments, messages, results etc with no problems. My only suggestion is when I get a notification of new documents, it would be helpful if the old results were marked as “read” or if the new results were bolder or highlighted in some way so it’s easier to find.

Forced update with bugs
I was forced to update my app this morning, and now anytime I try to create a new message, the app shuts down. Never had this problem before, but it’s a catastrophic issue since messaging is the main functionality I use. Please try not to introduce new bugs in updates, especially if you force them on users…

Love this app!
It’s super easy to view my results and message my provider. I love all the little images it gave for the results when I had my egg retrieval! The app is super easy to navigate
