Forced update with bugs
I was forced to update my app this morning, and now anytime I try to create a new message, the app shuts down. Never had this problem before, but it’s a catastrophic issue since messaging is the main functionality I use. Please try not to introduce new bugs in updates, especially if you force them on users…

Love this app!
It’s super easy to view my results and message my provider. I love all the little images it gave for the results when I had my egg retrieval! The app is super easy to navigate
QR code sign in is terrible
QR code requirement for sign in is terrible and it does not work if your phone is not on certain versions of iOS so I spent 20 mins unable to sign in to get blood work
Desktop website never works
Every single time I try to log in via chrome or Firefox it has me add a verification code. I put in the verification code and it takes me to a consent form and tells me to create a new user name and password. I already have one!!! It’s literally the one I put in that forced me to do the verification code!!! Then when I try to put in my details it says “THIS ACCOUNT ALREADY EXISTS”. OF COURSE IT EXISTS!!!!!!!! THAT’S WHAT I PUT TO LOG IN. I literally cannot access my account to read consent forms on my laptop. This headache experience makes me not want to use RMA at all.

Can’t get past log in screen
At first I had no trouble when I first downloaded the app but now it just loads and then stays on the log in screen, I’ve been trying over 20mins todo this and it’s gets really frustrating, thankfully the things I sign also come through email and I can sign through that. This needs to be fixed it looks like all the reviews is because of this issue and it’s still happening.
Update 12/13/25- now all of a sudden as of past few days, I have a constant 1 saying I have a notification which I don’t I went through everything in the app. I clicked on everything to see if that would get rid of it and it doesn’t I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still continues to pop up.

Terrible app
This app is consistently glitchy and crashes. I am frequently unable to sign in at all and have to simply wait to try again later to access my care. I have had it crash multiple times while composing messages resulting in lost message drafts and wasted time. This app hinders patient care. BIVF should be embarrassed to subject their patients to it.

This app never works
I was not able to use this app, because it throws an error on email/phone identification. What a useless app.
Glitchy
Looks like many people are having the login issue. I removed and re-downloaded the app, which seems to have fixed the problem, but this app has pretty abysmal UX even when it is working properly.
Fit to screen
The application does not correctly size/scale to the screen, so some buttons and info are cut off. I got a notification of a new document, but when it opened the app nothing happened.

The app won’t even open and I have important messages please fix asap this is ridiculous

Going through IVF, the information you receive is often time sensitive. This app doesn’t allow you to get past the login page 75% of the time. It’s so frustrating
Hate it
Constantly locks me out. Can’t access time sensitive info. A nightmare app for fertility patients. Total garbage.
Stuck on Log In
I actually find most of the functionality pretty good - it’s easy to schedule and message, and that’s primarily what I use it for. I wish it were a little better at displaying results and making that more immediately accessible. But the biggest problem is that sometimes you just cannot log in at all - I have been stuck at the login screen and I have results to view. Please fix!

Needs work
This app doesn’t open 6/10 times, I’d say. It stays loading and loading and loading. Then you have to exit out of the app and retry multiple times.

Reschedule button no longer does anything

It’s so difficult to log in. It just freezes.

This app is honestly awful. I hate that my clinic switched to this app. If a notification pops up and you click on it. It will not let you log in.
If you go to the app itself to log in you have 50/50 chance on if it will actually log in or just stay on the log in screen. I love how I have time sensitive information coming and the app craps out. With all of the 1 star reviews this app has you’d think they’d take action.

App version not functional
Same as others have mentioned, I can’t log in. It freezes up once I put in the credentials. The biometric face recognition button is just there for show. It does nothing. The app also won’t remember your username
