Can’t set up an account
I tried to set up an account and it won’t go through. I contacted them through email and was told someone would get back to me and nothing happened. When you are talking about issues with a company and can’t get resolution that’s a problem for a premium service. I did not have this problem with two of the other premium flight app account setups.

Love the membership!
Joining the Amalfi Reserve Membership on the app has been such a great experience. The 24/7 concierge works great whenever I need some extra help during my busy schedule, especially when it comes to booking reservations, flights, etc.
I really enjoy how the app offers various suggestions for places to stay and eat, exclusive events for the members and more. I would definitely recommend the membership and app for everyone!

I was told they would respond quickly and in under 15 minutes, it took three hours to get a response.

There is no customer service and I’m not able to unsubscribe. I have to cancel my credit card.

I currently fly every other weekend to our place In Florida. Submitted for a quote since I have seen the social media post online. Seems like a great company. Not sure why no one responded or even send an email with any sort of response.
